Hello po, pasensya na kung madami tanong, i just want to make sure na lahat nasagot ko ng tama at hindi magkaproblema sa pagbigay ng visa.

Other identity documents? Pinrovide niyo pa din po yun birth and/or marriage cert? kasi andun din sha sa drop down menu together with the driver's license.

Other names/spellings of spouse? did you put yun maiden name then reason is Marriage?

Other names/spellings of child? May daughter yun wife ko before we got married. but now legally child ko na siya and is under my surname. So documents nya (birth certificate) ako na yun father. Since void na yun old birth certificate nya,
dapat ko po pa ba ideclare ito?

Does any other person have custodial, access or guardianship rights to this child? - Mother's name?

Does the applicant have any members of their family unit not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents?
-NO? How about parents?

Education history - spouse
Since hindi siya yun nagpa-assess, i'll just indicate kung ano yun qualification nya from her university?

Does the applicant have at least functional English language ability? - Spouse
Yes po ba dito (since college grad?)

@kaloidq for proof of functional english you have to attach CEMI - Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction from her university, then attched her Award Cert. then yes ang sagot dun..

i have a concern with regards sa payslips. pano po kung hindi makagenerate ng payslips kada year of work? would that be okay? may other supporting documents pa ba na pwede ilagay bukod sa ITR and SSS contri? thanks!

Regarding SSS as proof sa lodging, pano po ung incomplete contribution ko? Nagcontractual po kasi ako ng 2015 and di na nagvoluntary contribute sa SSS.

Hello po. Pwede ba maginquire sa vetassess about the result. I already received positive result. Pero 5.6 lang ang nacount sa experience ko. Sa totoo lang 18 years of experience nako as designer/draftsman. Gusto ko malaman baka may mali silang assessment sa akin. TYIA!

I need help. Nagclaim ako ng points for my partner whose IELTS will be valid until Feb 2019. Ibig sabihin po ba nung nasa screenshot ko, dapat valid ito sa time na mainvite ako? Anyone who knows kung kelan chinecheck yung validity? Sa EOI, ITA or dapat hanggang sa maapprove yung visa? Thanks in advance sa mga sasagot!!

@zacc ilang taon ka na dyan. kami kasi more than 10 yrs na out of ph so yung current location ko (Gotham city) yun na residence naming lahat kasi kasama kami dito. kong iba residence ng iba member ng family mention mo na lng din.

from my personal practical point of view. you can have it in Dubai and them in Ph. since magkahiwalay naman kau domicile.

I want to inquire sa pagfill-out ng EOI..

a) Pwede bang separate application at 189 and 190. Kasi napansin ko sa online pwede ilagay sa application sa isang EOI Reference Number. Para madali siyang iwithdraw kung nainvite na, para may chance naman yung iba.

b) Pwede bang iapply yung lahat ng states ng 190. Just in case my slot yung state and qualified ka?

c) Sa educational details ano ilalagay na date from, kasi sa university na pinasukan ko, ang engineering ay tuesday ang first class, hindi monday. Pero in general, ang pasok ng ibang courses ay monday.

d) Ano ang ilalagay ko sa last day sa educational details? Yung date graduated ba ang ilalagay?

e) Sa employment details pag hindi nakasama ang accessment, nagbago ang company or position mo? Since hindi nakasama yung new company or position mo sa assessment, kailangan ba ilagay na magclaim ka ng points pero hindi siya nakasama assessment. Ok naman yung assessment ko, more than 10 years na. Kung new company or position, pero hindi nakasama sa assessment pero related naman, hindi na ba siya isasama?

I am not sure, kung ito ang sagot, isasama ko siya, since hindi siya nakasama sa assessment, ang ilalagay ko lang ay hindi ako magclaim ng points kasi they will refer to the Engineer Skills Assessment as a basis.

f) Kung more than 10 years na ang experience mo, hindi na ba kailangan iinclude yung previous position or employment kahit na hindi ka naman magclaim ng points?

g) Hindi po ba kailangan ang middle name sa expression of interest?

hello po. meron po kayo link or reference on the how to's sa pagpapamedical? haven't seen any instructions yet kasi sa immiaccount, di ko tuloy sure kung kelan sisimulan. baka biglang kulangin na pala sa oras. hehe nasa upload documents page part na po ako and wala pa yun procedure regarding medicals. thank you!

would you recommend to have the medicals now or wait na malodge ko yun application ko and sabihan ng CO na magmedical na ako? also, my wife is pregnant and is due on feb pa. nababasa ko na madedelay yun application ko because of this dahil hindi pa siya makakapagpa xray. kaya unsure din ako if dapat magmedical na ako or wait CO contact para mainform na preggy pa si wife. salamat po sa sasagot
