Quick question naman po. In Filing of EOI, un po bang date para sa skills assesment will be ung day na sinubmit or ung day na narecieve ung results?

@b1g_d0m3 Yung Date na nakasulat sa Outcome letter.. so if you submit your assessment Jan 1, 2014.. then yung na-receive mong Outcome Letter ang nakasulat is May 31, 2014

Yung May 31, 2014 ang ilalagay mo sa EOI and sa Visa Application after you've been invited

Hello po,

Di ba po dun sa Visa Application form may question na "Has the applicant been employed in the last 10 years?". Ang nilagay ko na answer po is YES. Tapos ang details lang na nilagay ko is from 2007 lang kasi un lang po ang na approve ng ACS. Tapos nakapag bayad na ako nung na realize ko na dapat pala nilagay ko rin ung since 2004 kahit na hindi sya approved ng ACS kc nga ang question is for the past 10 years. Nakakatakot lang kc baka sa konting pagkakamali eh ma refuse ang mahal pa naman ng bayad.

Ano po ang masusuggest nyo? Ok lang kaya po na iupload ko na lang ung COE nung 2004 to 2006 para ma prove na employed ako for the past 10 years?

Hi @catgon0208, I think sa case mo pwedeng ang ilagay mo is yung employment mo since 2004, tama ka since ang hinihingi is for you to list all employment for the past 10 years, regardless kung relevant or not sa Nominated Occupation mo..

Pero doon sa section na ang tanong is:

Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level immediately before lodging this application?
Yes

Duration of overseas employment: X years in the past 10 years

ang dapat mong ilagay or "i-claim" doon is yung X years na na-assess ng ACS na as relevant skilled employment...

In case may mali kang naisagot, pwede kang gumawa ng Form 1023 and upload sa ImmiAccount..

Consult ka na lang din sa ibang forumers dito, I believe typical sa ACS assessments yung ganyang may certain number of years of work experience ang hindi nac-credit vs. sa actual years of work exp...

@catgon0208 I think pwede rin siguro yun.. most likely i-aassume ng CO na inalign mo yung sagot mo vs. doon sa kung ano sinabi ng assessment results mo..

pwede naman hintayin mo muna magka-CO ka and then kung magtanong sya i-explain mo nlng then ready mo yung form..

Basta ang critical naman is hindi sobra sobra yung ikclaim mo na points for work exp vs. sa assessment

Ung isa po sa dependents ko 4 months na lang ang validity ng passport. October 31 or later pa ang release nung bago. So ano po ba ang advise nyo dito mag lodge na ng application pag na receive na ung EOI or mag wait muna po hanggang sa makuha ung bagong passport nya?

sorry mejo nalilito ako. anu po ba inaantay nio eoi or invitation to apply (ITA)? if eoi pa lng submit mo, go ahead no need to wait for the new passport kasi wala namn field for the passport number sa eoi. kungmeron ka namn na ITA, u r allowed nmn to lodge a valid application within 2 month. so either 1) antay mo na 31st ng oct before u lodge (since malapit namn na) or 2) lodge ka na with the old passport then submit form 929 once CO is allocated. i think better ung option no. 1 kasi option number 2 may cause delay sa application mo kasi need pa maupdate ung passport details mo before ka makamedical.

My case naman, EOI Oct 23 then got an invite Oct 27 for 189 visa. But yung baby ko 2mos old pa lang at wife naman in process pa new passport. We've applied passport for baby na din at both sila Dec 10 pa ang pinakamatagal makuha passport sa DFA kc may issue ang express service nila, though ang sabi sa DFA posible earlier makuha basta i-follow up . Ready na sana ako mag lodge (draft pa lang save ko personal info sa link) kasi until Dec 27 ang 60days deadline to lodge kaso ala pa new passport details nila so di ko pa ma-Add sila sa application.
Option ko is 1) hintayin passport at follow up DFA earlier then lodge kc ready na din docs, nbi at meron pa naman buffer before Dec 27 deadline; or 2) lodge na ako maybe mid November then hintay ko CO pra masend ko ang form 1022 for notification of change in circumstances to include wife at baby..

Ano po advice or comments nyo sa options ko ? Thanks ng marami!

Question lang regarding EOI - IELTS, yong kapag nilagay yong scores for each sub test dun automatic macalculate yong parang OBS dba? OK lang ba na di match yon sa OBS mo sa result? For example ang OBS ko ay 7.5 pero sa EOI 7 lang ang lumalabas?.. thanks!!!

Another question. nameet ko na yong minimum points for EOI, is it OK to submit it and suspend the EOI habang di pa naseselect? Idedelay ko lang ng konti haha.

Magsusubmit pa lang po ako ng EOI kaso gusto ko lang po makasigurado sa points ko. Please check kung tama po yung grading ko:

Occupational Classification: Engineering Technologist (Positive Assessment from EA)

Age: 27 yrs. old - 30 points
IELTS: L8 R7.5 W7 S7 - 10 points
Education: UPLB Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering - 15 points
Overseas Work Experience: December 2008 - June 2014 - 10 points

Sariling sikap lang po yung application ko kaya andami ko pang hindi alam at maintindihan. I hope fellow forum members/admin/experts can guide me through the process. Maraming salamat po in advance! God bless.

@sprggn if indicated po sa result letter nyo ung sa education as comparable to bachelor degree and ung work experience "after November 2008 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level" then tama po un. Upon filing ng EOI naman parang me summary page na lalabas before you submit indicating kung tama ba ung mga nilagay upon filing...

@b1g_d0m3 Thanks boss for the quick reply. Opo, nakalagay sa letter na my qualification is broadly comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree. Tapos yung overseas skilled work experience ay from December 2008 to June 2014, which is my whole working experience.

Another question po, about dun sa questions regarding family members to include in a future application. Ano po bang tinutukoy dun, yung pag apply ko kapag na-invite ngayon o application sa "future", say 2 years from now.

I'm still single but I have a girlfriend/family member na plan ko kunin if ever makarating sa Australia. Pero after 2 years pa siguro.

May nakalimutan akong isettle na credit card bill bago ako umalis. Yes I know naging irresponsible ako sa excitement ko na makauwi muna ang mag unwind. Hindi ako macontact sa phone so ang ginawa ng bank is nagpadala ng parang solicitors notice from a law firm. na settle ko naman na as soon na mabasa ko ung sulat.

Ang problema baka pagkuha ko ng Police Clearance from SG eh masama eto at maging reason pa for refusal. Ano ang mapapayo nyo? mag lodge pa rin? mababanggit kaya eto sa police clearance? sayang naman kc ang visa fee if marerefuse lang dahil sa kaengotan na eto. (

@dugyot demand letter lang naman ata yun broder.. hindi ka naman kinasuhan right?

I don’t have any legal knowledge, but as far as I know may mga conditions ang demand letter na kapag hindi mo na-meet, doon pa lang mag-ffile ng case against you... but even then madami munang mediation na pagdaraanan yan before maging “kaso” talaga.

Yang kasing mga companies na yan, may mga sariling lawyers yan kaya madali sa kanila mag-generate ng demand letter.

Ang importante dyan is kausapin mo yung CC company to formally settle it. Alamin mo na since na-settle mo naman na yung obligations sa kanila, ano nang bearing nung demand letter nila against you... But don't take my word for it.. wala akong alam sa Law.

@dugyot: hi there! I have the same situation as you. I am still paying for unpaid CC but may mga demand letter na ko. medyo nagkparoblema kasi sa maraming bagay sa pinas kaya eto super ngarag sa pagbabayad ng CC now. sana meron makapagshare sa tin dito if affected ang PCC. I know SG is a small country and lahat ng data pwedeng maassess agad ng mga government companies. Not sure lang if they have records of financial statements (though I think they have sa mga bank statement natin). Kasi I know CC naman is private companies. I can't help not to sleep thinking of this situation regarding sa PCC by February kasi by then ndi ko pa mafufully paid ang CC ko pero wala naman akong balak takbuhan yun.

I hope somebody can put a shed on this situation.

Hi All! Nag fill up na po ako sa Immi Account after invite and may mag questions lng ako bago ako mag completely lodge at bayad. Not sure kung natanong na dito and yung iba eh mga simple questions lng pero yoko lng po may mali masagot.. Hope po may maka entertain ng ques ko.

1. Yung diploma po ng Mom ko eh wala nakalagay yung na start date, nakalagay lng kung when nya na complete ang course. Since its 4-yr course, oks lng ba kami na mag set ng from?example 07 Jun xxxx?

2.Yung sa Employment History nag require ng job description.
Summary na lng ng job scope ilalagay tama po ba since 300 words lng pede?
Critical ba ang field na tu?I'm not claiming points naman sa work experience.

3. Sa Main Language, we should select Tagalog right and not English?

4. May page on "Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?"

I am currently working in Singapore and eto yung nilagay ko na Usual Country of Residence. Sa Previous Countries of Residence, need ng From and To dates. So ilagay ko lng sa To eh nung time ako pumunta SG?or I can set it sa current date since doon pa naman ako umuuwi sa Pinas?
Concern ko po kasi yung mom ko as dependent and we should give proof that we live in the same house for some time.


Sana po may maka help..medyo nag OC lng laki kasi ng babayaran... sakit sa puso hehe

Hi all,
tanong lang sa pagfill-up ng EOI. I can't remember na may nilagay akong passport number sa passport details, Meron ba nito(based sa nababasa ko sa thread) o wala talaga? haha naprpraning lang.

@J_Oz there is none, I printed the details before I submitted. Finally nag EOI ka na din.. hopefully we both get the invite this Feb same 2613 SOL

@whizler kelan ka nagsubmit? yong timeline mo Nov pa e, kinabahan ako baka malayo na ang visa date of effect pero i checked earlier 60 pts tas jan 22.

Hehe goodluck sa atin. pero if ever makareceive ng invite baka march or apr pa ako makapagsubmit depende sa sitwasyon hahaha

3 months naman ata ung validity ng EOI so oks lang upto May pa nga.

Did you start with your NBI, medical etc.. requirements?

Wala pa akong nasisimulan sa requirements. Ang alam ko yong mga NBI and medical eh ginagawa nila mga 4-5 weeks after lodging visa application. Pero currently nakaready na mga requirements ko same sa pinasa ko sa ACS, medyo concern ko yong Marriage certificate kasi I just got married this January that's why I had to delay my EOI and if ever I receive Invitation to Apply e baka sulitin ko rin ung 60 days. Medyo matagal daw ang NSO copy ng marriage certificate, although wala naman akong i-claim na points for my partner pero required daw eto so antayin ko na lang para paglodge ko sabay sabay upload na

@J_Oz Same boat with you. Just my ACS docs for now.

I also just got married last June though I still have not yet requested for official NSO marriage cert. However we had the marriage certificate coming from Makati city hall just 1 month after the wedding day.

So you may use that, it has a stamp like CTC stamps ,that is from makati though not sure with other cities. And also Makati issues marriage cert in NSO like paper which was used for my wife's passport with updated last name (the CTC version is not acceptable to DFA). We got both after a month after wedding. So I guess if DFA accepts it, then maybe OZ will too.

So yun, just in case official NSO cert is too long for you and those other peepz here who just got married.
