I have a spacious room for rent in my near brand new 2 storey house.

The place is located 10 minutes walk from Blacktown Station and Westpoint.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs.

The room comes with everything you need.
- A single bed
- a computer desk / table
- Internet is also included
- a large built in wardrobe. A lot of room to store your things.
- Central ducted air conditioning
- Shared washing machine.
- There is also a carspace available for $20 extra a week

You must meet the following requirements
- You have to be very clean! no exceptions!
- Friendly and outgoing. I dont want to live with a stranger!
- Smoking is allowed outside.

The rent is a cheap for $175 a week. 3 weeks bond. Included is gas, electricity and internet. You may use any part of the house including the lounge, kitchen, backyard etc.

Hi, ask ko lng po if possible yung arrangement namin? Willing po ako to pay extra for my husband and kid for 12 days of stay. Salamat po

Please advise naman po baka meron kyo room to rent for 12 days for a fam of 3 ( couple and 2 yrs old kid) sa May 1 arrival namin and I am also looking for a room to share starting May 13 naman po kasi hatid lng ako ng mag-ama ko then ill stay na po for job hunting. If possible accessible po sa train stations
