Sub Class 190 - Initial Entry before staying permanently

Hi,

Sorry kung naitanong na po ito dati...ask ko na lang uli...

Sa Skilled Nominated Visa - Sub Class 190 (State Sponsorship: VIC), ia-allow kaya kami na mag-Initial Entry muna sa VIC, then lalabas ng Australia for about 3 months to settle some things, then balik-Australia uli to stay permanently sa VIC?

IED is August 2014...ask ko lang po, balak kase namin mag IED muna before August 2014 then balik ulet pinas...say, for a year pa...not yet ready to migrate...

nabasa ko lang sa VEVO, na since 2018 pa visa expiry e pwde naman....can someone clear...thanks

it is what it is... your visa is valid until 2018 as long as you satisfy your initial entry deadline.

I am also planning same thing po, we are bound for SA, but planning to go Sydney first to meet my wife's few relatives, spend 1-2 weeks then jump to Adelaide permanently.

it is what it is... your visa is valid until 2018 as long as you satisfy your initial entry deadline.

@TasBurrfoot, in this case, any required length of time to stay in Au within 2014 to 2018?

@ruelcortez_BH, in this case po, once arrive in Sydney, are you required to inform SA na nacomply mo na IED mo pero nasa Sydney ka lang? any number of days you are limited to stay in Sydney?
