hope to see you next year sa darwin.

currently nasa cairns kami ng asawa ko. Nacontact nya yung auntie nya dito and she told us to visit her before kami punta ng darwin.



so dito na kami until feb (so naghahanap na lang nga mga trabaho para pang 1month accomodations and plane fare to darwin) hirap few weeks na kami wala pa rin mga raket. But good thing lang na is marami kilala si auntie kaya connect2x sa mga pinoy dito. So hopefully after dec meron na mga raket na makuha namin.

Hi all,

Good day! Kakareceive lang po nmin ng invitation from NT. Katulad ng karamihan, 190 ung apply namin but 489 ang nagrant. But thankful rin kmi sa opportunity. Currently im in Singapore with my family. Bale 312111 (archi draftsperson) code ko. Me mga few inquiries lang po ako and hopefully I can get some advise from you guys especially sa mga kakarating lang at andun na s NT.
1. Health insurance for me, wife and 3 year old daughter - 489 kasi wala pa medicare. Any sugggestions po kung anu best insurance and policies.
2. price range of accomodation and best location for accomodations in Darwin.
3. Job opportunities - napansin ko po sa mga job links e mejo konti sa occupation ko. I would like to ask you guys with the same occupation kung anu status ng hiring jan sa NT.

2.) sa accomodations, near city CBD mahal, kung sa inyo 2bedroom house around 400-600 per week.

currently living near the city 250 (couple) per week kami. Hanap pa ako na malilipatan near school para wala problema si wiffey.

3.) palakasan din dito, specially kung di pwede full time like us. Pero kung ikaw pwede mag fulltime just submit any work.

hi everyone, pwede po mag ask anu estimated costs ng mga bilihin sa darwin australia?sa july 8 alis namin dtu ng asawa ko arrive kami ng july 9.May idea na kami how much ang room rental pero I dont know sa mga toiletries or pagkain at clothes.
pls give me details or estimated costs:
1. soap, lotion, shampoo
2. damit for example tshirts
3. fare
4. food including mga karne, de lata and bigas
5. rice cooker

Sino pala ditu sa forum ang recently lang na nagpunta ng darwin australia..ask ko sana anu pa ang hihingin ng immigration maliban sa visa at passport eh

sa 1st sem wala naman silang uniform.

then yung cp nyo pala dapat openline.

what we did after nakahanap ako ng work, was get a post paid line (kasi 30$ kung prepaid monthly) then getting a s4 for 35$ monthly (so parang 5$ lang ang phone mo)

3 months na kme dito coming from Sydney. Namiss ko ang lamig ng Sydney but not it's traffic. Hope to meet some of you here in Darwin.

may age limit po ba ang bachelor of nursing sa australia
3 years ang nursing sa aus diba .. if Rn ka ba sa pinas nababawasan yung years of study ? ty

@markjohn as far as I know wla nman age limit magaral ng nursing. if RN ka sa pinas and have a couple of yrs of experience....you can just for for a nursing bridging course. mas shorter un studies and then after the course RN kna. Check this website for more info www.ahpra.gov.au

@Rye23 ty .. pero diba dpat maganda at least 2 years study pra may points pag apply ng PR ... mahirap kasi kung bridging lang daw kasi mahirap humanap employer at wla rin work rights while doing the bridging course

@markjohn 3 yrs ang Bachelors ng Nursing...Masteral ang 2 yrs. If nurse kna and with experience I suggest go straight to bridging...mas mabilis less ang tuition fee and once RN kna pwede kna magapply for PR since mataas ang points nun or if sa Regional area like here in Darwin mabilis lang makakuha ng sponsor....i think

2009 naging rn
Pero puro volunteer work ang experience ko....
Now po sa call center ako nagwowork
May brother ako mlpit sa darwin
Iniisip ko kasi bka hindi ako pwede sa bridhing program kasi wala ako paid exp
If nmn mgaaply ako ng skilled sponsored hindi ko alam if papasa ako.. ty po sa sasagot

@markjohn mahihirapan nga nga magqualify ng bridging course usually kasi hahanapan ka ng experience as RN. Magenrol ka na nga lang ng bachelor.

Pag 3 years bachelor in nursing hindi kaya ng budget... hindi b yun nababawssan khit rn ako dito sa ph

@markjohn pwede ka magapply for credit exemption. In my case, pinakuha nla ko ng course description sa university ko. From 3yrs naging 2 yrs nlang

@markjohn bachelor of nursing course ko hehe. Magkaiba ung tor sa course description. Detailed kc each subject sa course description. Kukuha ka nun sa university kung san ka naggraduate nung college
