Which location is good to settle down in Victoria.

Hi! I am planning to move my family to Victoria later this year. Please give some advice on which suburb is recommended. Pros/Cons.

It depends actually. If you want na mejo madaming filo community i would suggest to go on west suburbs of melbi, and mas mura ang bahay at lupa sa west since bago lang ang mga real estate dito. If you wanted sa established place, like may trams, madaming plaza and malls etc. sa east pero the price of the houses out there are very steep.
