Hi Guys.. sa mga na invite ng NSW may clarification lang sana ako regarding sa mga requirements.

The following documents are required for every application:

- Bio-data page of your passport – please do not scan the entire passport.
- Current skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation.
- English language ability results – IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)* or OET.
- Educational qualifications – certificates and academic transcripts.
- Full curriculum vitae/resume.
- Evidence to support all points-related claims that you make in your application.

1. May certain format ba ang curriculum vitae/resume?
2. Hindi na kailangan ang Employment Certificates at mga payslips, etc.?

1. Wala namang required format, as long as andun yung usual content ng isang CV, okay na yun. Yung sakin, kung ano pinasa ko sa skills assessment, yun lang din pinasa ko sa NSW.

2. If you're not claiming points for employment, then there's no need to provide supporting documents. But if you are, then you need to provide these documents to support the points you claimed in your EOI. Moreover, if you have other "points-related claims" like partners points, australian education, etc., you also need to provide documents to support these claims.

Salamat sa info @misterV, bali yong isa-submit mo sa NSW are almost the same documents lang pala para sa CO.

@carlo77 Exactly. Kasi they have to do their own due diligence before they approve your state nomination application. But their approval of your state nomination doesn't guarantee na iaapprove na din ng DIBP yung visa application mo. DIBP will conduct its own due diligence as well. Goodluck!

tanong po mga kabayan! after pag submit ba ng EOI pra visa 190 NSW SS ay wala ng gagawin kundi mag hintay muna ng invitation bago mag submit ng supporting docs pra sa state nomination? at saan po ba natin ma receive yung invitation, sa skillselect po ba under ng correspondence or personal email?

nabasa ko kc sa thread ng SA, pagkatapos nila magsubmit ng EOI ay nag submit agad sila ng application pra state nomination.

@boky For NSW, antay ka lang ng invite email from them, you won't receive any Skillselect message. Based sa previous trends, madalas every thursday and friday sila nag iissue ng invite. Goodluck kabayan!

Hello everyone, kaka submit ko lng din ng EOI nung August 4 with190 state sponsor NSW.. Question lng po:
1. Normally ilang weeks bago mka receive ng invite?
2. Ung pag pili ba nila ng pinka mataas na points by skills ba yun? Or overall?
3. And after ka ma invite then ilang weeks mo matatanggap ung nomination, once completed na ung documents mo?
4. Then pag na approve na nomination mo, ilang weeks ma aprrove ung Visa?

Surveyor po pala ung Skills ko.. and 55 points lng ako so I need 5points kaya nag pa state nomination ako..

On the thought, I am thinking na mag retake ng English exam ulit na may mataas na score para mka kuha ng additional points..

@kristinejuvel.. kung iisip mo matagal oo. Pero lumipas din. May maganda namang nagyari in that 1yr. Mas humaba ung pasensya ko, sa kagustuhan kong mainvite agad.. nadepress ako ng husto (kakatanong kung bakit hindi mapansin ung application ko, may mali ba sakin or di ba ko para dun?). Hanggang until one day naisip ko na lang Siguro ni re-ready pa ko ni Lord sa lahat ng aspect. Mas tumibay na loob ko ngayon.. nabawasan na rin ung pag-iisip ko kung saan ako kukuha ng pera (if ever hanapan ako ng evidence sa declared assets).. kasi mas lumaki na ung ipon ko.
Kaya.. kakayanin natin lahat yan sa tulong ni Lord.
