guys strict po ba sila sa lugar kung saan ka titira? i mean kunwari na approve na ang visa ko via NSW SS but hindi ako makakuha ng work sa state na yun and meron ako nakuhang work pero sa melbourne. Can I transfer to melbourne even without 2 years after ko mag settle sa NSW?

also, i have a total of 55 points as of now wala pa yung NSW SS, puede ba ako mag apply sa NSW SS?

been looking in the site for NSW SS, hindi ko makita kung ilan ang required band for analyst programmer para makapag apply sa NSW SS.. anyone can share kung saan makikita? thanks!

@olrac183 i think i can only answer your question about 55points without SS yet.. Yes you can absolutely apply.. after EOI may summary page dun kung ilang points ang na claim mo.

thanks.. notice that your ielts has 6.5 band and you have applied for NSW SS, i already have taken ielts but has a band 6 on writing exam.. does that mean i can also apply for NSW SS with analyst programmer occupation?

@olrac183 I'm just really not sure if the 6.0 for each category applies to all occupation. It is also not clear on their webpsite. What I remember some assessing authority needs an IELTS , but having that said ACS does not require the IELTS result so I "assume" 6.0 is fine to go through NSW SS...

It is rich with information, there were software engineer and developer in there.. I'm not sure if that translate to yours as well.

I think pwede mo naman isama rin, ilagay mo lang sa sa Form 3 yung ni add mong documents (checlist yun sa Form 3) Totoo ang daming pera rin ang gastos for ctc esp sa contract.. Yung sa akin same tayo last three companies yung meron akong contract na isinama sa pag submit ko... Daming pages din same as yours na may clause

61 pages ;-(, sabi nung courier ano ito libro?

Dun po sa mga nakapag send na sa NSW, nag sesend po ba sila ng acknowledgement email or some sort kapag na received na nila yung application?

sa Couriers Tracking kasi, delivered na....3 days ago pa.

@legato09 yes, for my case nagpadala sila together with tax invoice of my payment and including my reference number, that was 2 weeks after they received my docs. then i received another email from them stating that i satisfy state nomination. but don't know kelan ko marereceive ung letter..hintay hintay na lang wag mainip. darating din yan.

Thanks @ Okim, so antay antay lang muna. Congrats nga pala sa pagkaka approved mo.
Puede po itanong kung ilang years ang work experience mo?

May nakapag try na po ba mag follow-up?

"due to large number of applicants, response time would be 4-8 weeks"

It means, back to waiting game.......................

pero atleast, lagi sila nasagot sa mga katanungan!

@legato09 Think positive..for encouragement, I received my NSW formal letter and IELTS remarking with positive result today..I will still update my EOI eventhough alang bearing..just relax darating din yan.

@legato09 Oo sana, but since nominated na ako ng NSW, pinag-iisipan ko kung i-uupdate ko pa ba o hindi ang EOI ko. Importante din nabawi ko ung pinangparemark ko..

Helo question naman about sa NSW application

1.) Pwede bang hindi handwriting yung sa application form? Yung edit ko nalang ung pdf?

2.) Pwede bang mag apply ng SS sa NSW kahit wala pang na submit na EOI?
Just in case d kami umabot sa 60 . Para let's say mag retake ng IELTS or magpa partner skills assessment, while waiting din sa result ng SS.

3.) Yung sa application form na Education, yung result ng ACS ba na AQF Diploma ang ilalagay ko kahit Bachelors yung diploma/TOR?

To follow nalang yung ibang questions. Maraming Salamat!

2. Yes puede, meron field na ilalagay yung EOI pero puede din wala.
3. Yes yung galing sa ACS na result, dito ako nag kamali ng 3 times, so 3 times ko naedit ang eoi ko ;-(

Instead na mag retake ng IELTS mag papa assess nalang ng partner skills.
Kasi mahirap na mag risk sa IELTS tapos bagsak ulit. Confident naman ako na positive ang magiging result ng partner skills, panigurado nalang. Tama ba ako?
Isabay ko nalang ang SS application sa NSW at TRA skills assessment.

Magpapa assess kami sa TRA para sa partner skills, tapos sabay SS sa NSW.
Okay na po bah tong plan namin?
Yung kelangan ng NSW is 6 on all bands lang naman po, so okay na ung IELTS namin kahit walang points?

Sino po may sample jan ng Resume patingin naman ng format hehe..
Ano po difference ng Employment Reference at Letter of Reference (optional), pwede bang d na ako mag provide ng Letter of references meron na din kasing Employment References.
Lastly po, pwede ko bang esubmit yung CTC documents namin for ACS? Pwede na ba yun esubmit or kelangan pa un in the future?
