    @Hunter_08 yup oks lang, matagal naman expiry ng EOI, by the time na ma expire I think and I pray ok na ung NSW SS hehe... sabi ng NSW 10 to 12 weeks...

    Yung 90 days ba para mag lodge ng visa, enough yun para ma finish line mga bossing?
    what do you mean sir kung enough ang 90 days? kasi diba once you receive your SS, lodge mo na sya agad sa DIAC? no reason para patagalin mo pa... not unless kulang k p ng mga documents... pero nde ka ma-approve ng SS kung kulang docs mo.. so nde ko po magets tanong nyo... enlighten me sir :)

    yung 90 days is your deadline to lodge it to diac.. after you got your ss approval at nakalipas na ang 90 days e nde k pa nakalodge... null and void na ss mo... pero pag nasubmit mo na before 90 days wala ka na dapat ikabahala... nasa diac/skillselect na ang bola nun... a whole new waiting game.

    Oh i see, if NSW SS lang and wala na ibang SS, I think 90 days of decision making on where to proceed is Ok ;-)

    Ayun.. akala ko kasi, yung 90 days eh ung entire process ng DIAC para marelease ang visa and everything.... ang start pala eh on the day na nabigay mo na sa DIAC tapos na, sa kanila na bola kahit tumagal pa ng 90 days sa DIAC di mo na kasalanan...

    Gets... otherwise iba pag interpret ko hehe.. Thanks bossing sa pag sagot :)

    @amcasperforu tama po, nasa discretion na ng DIAC yun kung matagal o mabilis kang magka CO, pero usually pag state sponsor mabilis lang...
    nung saken nga pala, kelangan mo ipaalam sa NSW na nagpass ka na sa DIAC, meron silang form na you need to fill up...
    tapos pwede mo ipadala sa kanila either courier or email katibayan na naglodge ka na sa DIAC..

    don't know kung pano na ngayon, hindi ko na kasi naabutan ang skill select e...

    pero nung ako sigurista ako, gusto ko makitang approve muna ako ng ACS bago ako mag IELTS... ayun natagalan sa IELTS at nag expire ang ACS ko, buti na lang may revalidation hehehe :D

    Pinaka importante po ang Assessment, 2nd and IELTS... love and hate relationship yung dalawa base sa experience ko, example:

    Considering you got point sa age and experience and malapit kalang sa 60points:

    Degree Assessed, 7.0 IELTS = if not enough points dahil sa age and experience eh needs SS
    Degree Assessed, 7.0 All Band IELTS = enough points eh, expect a DIAC invite
    Diploma Assessed, 7.0 All Band IELTS = enough points but needs State Sponsorship
    Diploma Assessed, 7.0 IELTS = needs State Sponsorship

    In my case, hindi issue yung points sakin e...it's just that the occupation I'm doing right now is under CSOL so no choice talaga...I'd need a state sponsorship. :(

    OMG, no!!!

    I'm expecting approval this week.. sana hindi ako abot sa timeframe na yan

    oh my thats even longer, kasi almost 2mhts na kami nag aantay ng "acknowledgement" from them, and still wala pa din....

    lock_code2004 ung 12weeks (where sabi nila ngayon 16weeks na) yan ung ack letter then + 2 weeks for approval.. baka ung +2 weeks for approval nag add na rin nang +2weeks tulad sa ack letter :(

    Yan ang di malinaw, from other forums nag tawag daw sila yesterday and ang sabi 16weeks processing... that i dont know kung sino affected yun lang bang Jan or Feb submission or for their entire process....

    I read somewhere 16 weeks daw tinagal nung kanya...around how many weeks po yung pinakamabilis na turnaround time naman? 1 month? hehe

    Batchmates, nagsend ako ng followup email this morning using the old email na response nila sa akin, before they said it is 4-8weeks for the confirmation alone.

    Waiting for their response, baka bukas na sumagot kasi uwian na nila.
