@i_am_ybba if your mentioning visa 190 Grants according to DHA website it will be 9-11monhts, but some applications is less depends on each cases and CO handle your applcaitons.

for invitations for state nominations it will take 12weeks minimum or more.

@i_am_ybba , Hi , Yes yuor agent maybe correct regarding the time line of the visa, but the current trend for visa 190 seems u need to wait a little bit longer unlike the visa 189 some applicant receive there grants in less than 2 or 3 months.

It all depends on the documents you have submitted and it might be your onshore applicants these will help you up to receive grants early.

@i_am_ybba it will not po tatagal ng ganun basta yung CO na humawak ng case mo maayus meron kasi ibang CO na baguhan lng kaya kahit na upload mo na ang documents, hingin pa rin sau uli..

Yung sa DHA website kasi time frame ng processing which is case to case po..
No need to worry if you have a genuine application it could be a direct grant soon.

@aron_drn just a question po, supposedly nsa visa lodgement ka na at meron n lng for example 3 months bago ma reached yung 3 years na expiration ni English Proficiency, accepted p rn po ba yun given na matagal lumabas yung grant? Thanks po.

@Supersaiyan Yes still accepted. It will be up for the CO later if she or he will ask u. But in some cases meron nmn na grants na nag expire na yung English test nila.. cheers

@jewel_34 saktong 60 points po. Need ko maghanap ng work ASAP ksi naredundant ako sa company. If in case get hired, after 5 months of being employed, maka claim ako additional 5 points para sa EOI ko. Hehe. In God's perfect time, maging ok din po yung ITA. Kayo po ilang points?

For fair comparison, yung mga nang-ca-carjack dito sa pinas eh mga organized group / syndicates. Yung nasa news eh "mukhang" isolated case and nahuli sya to be sentenced haha!

Not to be discourage, but better to be safe when migrating in any country,,, AUsi is one of the safe country but gang member is growing.... in Ausi also ang kagandahang lng nila meron action agad ang authority and they take it seriously.

@chigarcia Hi, thankful naman at pinagbigyan ni VIC last April 15 at nakapag apply nako for VIC nomination last April 16. Salamat din.

May tanong lang ako, sa mga nainvite ni VIC for nomination, pagkaapply nyo sakanila, nakareceive ba kayo ng acknowledgement email with unique reference number after 1 week? Wala parin kasi ako narereceive since naglodge ako application sakanila. Thanks sa inputs.

Hello po. We are currently on a 482 visa. we lodge SC 190 for VIC and NSW and SC 189. we have 65 points without additional 5pts for SS and a superior PTE. Nasa NSW Regional po kami as of now. Need po ba mag lodge ng liveinvictoria and need po ba may employer sa VIC to be approved sa VIC? Doon po kasi kami nag student and nag stay for 2 years bago kami nakakuha ng sponsorship sa NSW and we prefer to stay in Melb.

Hi guys, just want to hear your inputs here, nalilito lang po ako.
1. If na-grant po ng VIC ang nomination application, does that automatically invites me for VISA application? Or may ibang process pa at kailangan gawin?
2. Gano po katagal ang actual na hinintay nyo from VIC application to VIC approval of nomination?
