Hello @btarroja213: I believe pede combination as long as you need to write your essay in a correct manner. How we were taught in school. Like using a capital letter to start a sentence. Shempre dahil sa pagtetext at nauso jejemon minsan sa isang 'SaLiTa' pde ganyan pagkakasulat. We need fo be careful. Sakit ko rin yan.

Bukas na written exam ko madlang people!
As in nde mawala kaba ko. Talon talon pa ko sa area where they take picture. Natatawa na nga lang sila sa kin. Sabi nila just relax and think you are just talking to a friend. Ayun nde pa rin nawala kaba ko. Haha!

As in hanggang ngaun nde mawala nginig ko! Haha!

    Part 1:
    What is your full name?
    How should i call you?
    Where is your hometown?
    Are you working or studying?
    What is your work?
    Do like to party?
What do you think makes you not happy if you go to a party?
What party do you prefer family gathering or with friends?
Do you often visit your grandparents?
    Do you love visiting them?

    Part 2:
Describe a famous personality who is important to your country.
    Who is the person?
    What does she do?
    Why is she important?

    Part 3:
Do you think you need to be good at something to become famous?
What do you think are the ways to become famous?

Eto malupit! Kumusta naman ang Sarah Geronimo na sagot! Hahaha! Imbentong malupit! Bwahaha! Cheers mga kapatid! Iiinom ko to bukas! Haha ng coke lang! =p

    Best tip!
Wag kalimutan ang magdasal ha. Kanina after ng speaking I realized how the Lord is helping me. And He did. Though the result is a long wait. I wouldn't doubt the Lord. He has been helping me since lalo na if ang kangaroo world is for me.

    Hello guys,

This was my writing task 2 question this morning.

People should be allowed to continue to work for as long as they want to, and not forced to retire at a particular age such as 60 or 65. Do you agree or disagree?

^sample IELTS essay form Webberz for the above question. medyo iba nga lang ang tanong dito. imbes na kung agree ba or disagree, advantages and disadvantages and tanong.

    ****************************************************************************************
In some countries, people are forced to retire when they reach a certain age.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of this?

Compulsory retirement is common in many countries when members of the workforce reach 65 or 70, and this has both pros and cons as will now be considered.

The main advantage of requiring people to leave their job at a certain age is that it provides opportunities for younger members of staff to join the company, often meaning that the company benefits from having lower wages to pay for the new recruit and also having younger, potentially more dynamic employees. This in turn could well give the company the required boost to continue being profitable.

Another advantage is that some older people may choose to keep working more out of habit than enjoyment, and therefore a mandatory retirement may encourage them to enjoy their life more, having the free time to engage in hobbies and interests such as gardening, which they may not have previously had time for up to that point.

Yet there are significant disadvantages in forced retirement. Older staff members often have more experience, and may have no desire to leave their job. Requiring them to leave could mean a skill shortage for the company as well as a feeling of discontent from the employee. Added to that is the rising number of older people and the subsequent drain on resources if they are not working; if there are more elderly people on pensions or other benefits, the increased tax burden falls on the younger generation.

In conclusion, there are both social and economic benefits in allowing older people to remain in employment if so desired, so compulsory retirement would not be recommended.

In some developed countries, elderly people would tend to continue working for as long as they want while some chose to retire and enjoy their remaining years by depending on their pension schemes. Some old people are forced to work due to their prolonged responsibilities for their family. On the other hand the children may have already abandoned or forgotten about them thus they have to work for their own living. These people are so used to work and thinking that if they stop they could get weak and useless. I have observed that myself to my grandfather that when he was told to stop working he became sick, easily tired and annoyed.

In conclusion, i would say that we should still allow the elderly people to work for as long as they wanted since this is a reward for their hardwork on making our present society a better one.

Nice! Thanks sir. Well as for the other modules, okay naman as long as sanay ka na sa approach at di mo malo-lose ang momentum should be okay. Tricky lang yung tungkol sa photography (listening part) pero kelangan huli mo lahat ng keywords dun, otherwise you will end up guessing. As for the reading part, okay lang din, pero yung True or False Not Given medyo weak ako dun so nag-alot ako ng oras para tutukan at intindihin ang mga questions doon.

Hi guys! I'm a newbie here. Had my exam last Sept 7 in Tagaytay under British Council. Had no problems with the Listening and Speaking modules but yung reading ko, I wasn't able to manage my time kaya I had to guess some of the answers nung half of the exam na.:-(

I need an OBS of 7 plus individual grade not lower than 6.5. How many mistakes do you think I'm allowed to at least get a sure 6.5 in Reading? I would say nasa medium ang diffuculty level nung passages.

Anybody who took the exam on the same day?

    Thanks everyone.:-)

Kinakabahan ako. Max 13 lang dapat para maka 6.5. Haaay. Anyway here were the questions from my Speaking exam:

    Are you working or studying?
Did you have a hard time making friends at school?
    Do you like plants?
Would you like to receive a plant as a gift?
    Do you like bicycles?
    Do you have a bicycle?
Do you think internet info can replace the info on the library and books?
What's the diff between the library today and before?
Tell me about the website you frequently visit. (this is for my task 2)

For writing t1: process (comparison ng floor layout between a typican Japanese office from an American office)

For writing t2: The use of nuclear energy is better than any other energy sources. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

    Goodluck and Godbless everyone!:-)
