    Hello External Auditors,

    Newbie here. :)

    I initially planned to apply for 189/190 visa but due to financial constraints (since the sweldo of a normal auditor here in the Philippines is like ughhhhh :-& ) i think i would settle for 457 muna. Hope you can help me land a job or you may suggest companies na nagggrant ng 457 sponsorship. :) I have more than 3 years of meaningful experience sa audit (one of the Big4s) and have extensive experience sa SOX audit. Lilibre kita ng dinner pag nirefer mo ko. Hahahaha! Nainterview na ko ng HR sa Nexia Australia 2 weeks ago pero never heard from them ever since. :( :( :(

    Will still pursue my PR dream pero i'm currently looking for other options to enter Australia and I think 457 is a sound option.


    Any advice from the experts here (ang amazing nyo po, btw :-bd )?

    Difference is sa pinas and dubai, nagstay sa client or office mga tao to work. Here in melbourne, wala ka na halos makikita after 6pm sa office. However, people do work at home haha

    i've read your post and have seen that you have worked as EA in Dubai. Can you help give me an idea sa cost of living in AU (Sydney/Melbourne) vs Dubai (food/house/transpo)?

    and sa salary for, say, junior auditors muna? Like is there much difference between Big 4 firms in AU and DXB? I just need estimated figures sa net salary na makukuha ko po. Although there are other reasons for contemplating to move to AU but, first, I have to consider the financials.

    Depends on your future career path. If you want to pursue EA field here better IPA/CAANZ. Kung sa industry mo naman target eh CPA.

    My experience - sa CPAA ako nag pa-assess for the purpose of visa. But then later on I ended up in EA here so I'm taking CA now. I ended up having to be assessed by CA ANZ as well.

    Ung sa COE, me templates usually ang Big 4 so un lang ginamit ko for work experiences.

    @batman meron kna na encounter na hindi i-honor ni DIBP yung skilled migration points ni CPAA? Example - sabi ni CPAA may 5yr experience m ay equate to work at an appropriately skilled level as an external auditor, tapos kay DIBP ay hindi raw xa external auditor experience. Napaisip lang ako. Hehe

    Sobrang matumal na ngyn ang invites. Kelan ka naglodge? I suggest that you apply for Visa 190. Based sa trend ngyn, mas nauuna mainvite yung mga VISA 190. :D
