    @kellymacato: I've read in another forum the officer asked the applicant for at least 3 links on job opportunities for his/her profession. Baka pede mo din gawin yun. Look for job postings on different job sites like seek.au :)

    Ganito rin yung ginawa ko sakin. Nagpost lang po ako ng mga jobs na related sa occupation ko para lang mapakita mo sa kanila na may mga job posting na pwede applyan when you arrive in WA.

    @rainbowcoffee May times po talaga na di mo masasave sa prefered regions na gusto mo. Yung ginawa ng agent ko is nag note na lang siya sa baba yung may reason kung bakit yun ang region na napili mo na hindi nya masave yung guston nyang region. Ok lang nman po kahit anong region basta state mo lang sa explanation below sa mga choices yung preferred region mo.

    haha.. bwal ba sumagot pag hindi SS.. lol.
    nag attempt ako.. unfortunatel di pinalad..
    - WA: offlist nomination - puno na daw ang IE.. gusto ko sana sa WA kasi nandito company ko ngaun at possibleng magpalipat ako dito..
    - SA: nag apply ako.. pagaccept ng application ko.. sinabi puno na rin.
    - NSW: hindi ko na tinuloy..

    Production and Plant Engineer ang work ko.. pero dahil IE ang degree ko.. yun ang pinilit ni Engrs Australia.. kht nag makaawa ako. kasi nga nasa SS SOL ang Prod Eng... pero ang IE bihira..
    buti na lang 65 pts na rin ako kahit wlang SS..

    good question!.. haha.. i dont want to take the risk.. so mag apply na ako ng 175 before jul1,2012..

    but here is a good news:

    Visas lodged before 1 July 2012

    If you lodged a visa application prior to 1 July 2012, it will be processed according to the priority processing direction in effect at the time your visa application is processed.

    You can also submit an EOI in SkillSelect. This would allow employers and state or territory governments to view your details which may increase the chances of obtaining a skilled visa.
