    @cgm lumabas po yan after they did a system upgrade.. but basically it just means our application is still 'In Process' at yung 'Please wait...' is to atleast advise applicants to refrain from calling because based din sa ibang forum some applicants are getting impatient and are starting to call them and is taking them about 45mins-1hr before they can get through the line.
