Need ur advice about COE,please...

Hi, to all!

Gusto ko lang sana magtanong kasi problem namin un paghingi sa employer ng detailed COE or kahit hindi nga detailed na COE eh problem parin kung papaano makakuha non sa boss ko na hindi sila( the whole company)or nila ako sisibakin kasi for sure alam na nila na may balak ako magmove sa ibang bansa like sa pag-aaply ng PR sa Australia....If ever may ganitong kayong same experience, pano nyo nagawan ng paraan na makakuha ng COE or kung hindi, pano nyo nacomplete un requirements about COE sa pag-aaply nyo ng visa/PR sa australia....sana matulungan nyo ako kasi gusto ko sana humabol na magsubmit before JUly 2012...thanks in advace sa lahat ng sasagot,need ko talaga help nyo about COE...

    In my case, hindi din ako makakuha ng detailed reference sa employer ko. So pumayag na lang ako na standard format ang ibigay nila. Ginawa ko, lumapit ako sa co-worker na mas mataas sa akin ang position (i.e. Supervisor, Lead, Manager). Important mas mataas sa iyo position and syempre, mas maganda if part ng team mo or same kayo ng trabaho sa company. Then draft ako ng sarili kong reference letter detailing my duties and responsibilities, and projects if any. Tapos pinapirmahan ko sa kanya, and nilagay ko din ang photocopy ng company ID niya, together with the contact details. (email, mobile phone).

    Un case ko sa office eh di ka basta basta makakuha ng company letter at sakali man humingi ka sa kanila alam na nila na may binabalak ka aalis sa company na un ang ayaw ko mangyari kasi masyado sila paranoid at ugali ng mga singaporean eh crab mentality din,un malala kalabasan kasi pagnaghinala sila eh pahirapan nila ako sa work or bigla nila ako tangalin at maglagay ng bad remark sa work performance ko...hirap kasi naghahabol pa kami na maisubmit lahat ng docs bago itong july 2012....anybody na meron way dyan please share naman nyo..thank uuu..

    Gawa ka ng statutory declaration, state all your reasons. But don't forget to attach your employment contract, merit increase (if any), letter of appreciation/commendation from your company if any, pay slips at reference letter from your senior colleague, attach the copy of his ID or business card. Don't forget to put his contact number/email kasi sya ang kokontakin just in case.

    Thank u tootzkie,try namin un stat dec at gawin un advice mo....di rin kami makasuyong magprint ng zeroxs ng id ng any colleague na higher position kasi magsusumbong din un sa head.mga singaporean kasi ang nakaposition na mataas,executive draftsman ako at un draftsman lang eh mga pinoy din kaso di naman sila pwede.pwede kaya isulat nalang un name ng tech.manager din lagay ko un contact info nya?

    @jenny Hello sayo.. We have the same problem.. Tama si tootzkie mag statutory ka na lang :) Ako naman ex boss ko ang nag pirma ng Work reference ko.. Buti na lang pumayag though at first hesitant sya kasi umalis na nga sya.. ANg hirap kasi dito eh.. Kasi kami may standard job description pero d naman pang ACS yun...Oo dapat mag lagay ka ng contact info kasi tatawag sila kung if ever may katanungan man.. Good Luck sayo. :)..

    Just plain letter lang po. Yun COE ko lang po ang nasa company letterhead, kasi yun companies ko hindi nagbibigay ng ganun ka-detailed na employment reference. So ayun, gumawa na lang ako and pinapirmahan ko sa immediate supervisors ko and manager. Meron contact details nila.

    @davos_uno Yung sakin po may letterhead din yung ginawa ko na letter with Job descriptions para mas convincing di ba. :) Mas formal kasi kapag ganun.

    Hi @Jenny_sg! same case kayo ng friend ko. ang ginawa nya sinabi nya employer nya nag mag mamaster cya and needed ng school ung employment certificate with detailed jobs desc as part of requirement. medyo na uto naman ung HR kaya pinirmahan, baka makalusot sa inyo?
