Hello All,

I am planning to start my freelance Australian Immigration Consultancy business. As of now I am not a MARA registered but planning to be accredited soon.

On this regard, I am willing to give free immigration advice to aspiring immigrants. I can help you on your points assessment, do research on your eligibility, process your application, review and prepare your documents and even up to lodging your application.

I will not be engaged on application fee payment related matter as I understand your concerns about application fee payments. You will lodge your own payments.

Regarding my consultancy fees you are free to give how much you think my service is worth.

NOTE: I am also an immigrant myself. Came to Sydney last year and now working in a major bank in Sydney. I lurk around expatforum.com Australia section and always keeping up with the latest news. I am also in the process of helping my sister through the immigration process. I helped 2 friends come to Australia.

How do you conduct meetings? Do you have the facility to conduct meetings for those outside of Au? Mostly are based in PH and SG if im not mistaken.

Hello...I wonder if you are registered already? I hope you are aware that residents of Australia are legally required to be registered when providing immigration advice at a cost.

"Only registered migration agents can legally give immigration assistance in Australia. To do this, they must be listed on the Register of Migration Agents, held by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

If you encounter an unlawful operator providing immigration assistance, report them to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s dob-in service.

Mate, get your MARA license first before you give immigration assistance for a fee.
