Panalangin Kong imaging healthy at successful tayo lahat dun at mga pamilya natin. IED ko Sep 2015. Will be moving next year na cguro, take time for planning muna and job hunting.

    Batchmates! Nakakainggit naman mga grants ninyo! Wala pa din balita kay CO today, eto yung mga documents na hiningi sakin:

    Ako kasi primary applicant. No claimed points from husband.

    Evidence of Relationship - Nagupload na ako dati pa ng marriage contract, pictures, and personal statements namin dalawa mag asawa. Hindi ko alam bat humingi pa siya ulit. Ginawa ko, inupload ko ulit sa ImmiAccount, tapos inemail ko pa kay CO.

    Evidence of Residential Address - Magkaiba kasi residential address namin kasi nagpakasal kami August 9, August 14 kami nag lodge. Nagupload na din ako dati ng Lease Agreement na dated nung August 14, pero nanghingi pa din. Ginawa ko inupload ko ulit tapos inemail ko. Dinagdagan ko ng dalawang phone bills namin na nakapangalan sa kanaya yung isa, sa akin yung isa, pero same address. Saka tig-isa kaming Form 929.

    English Requirements - Inupload ko na din to dati, pero same, hiningi padin. Inupload ko nalang ulit yung certificate of english as medium of instruction ni husband from his school.

    Yan yung mga documents na sinend ko nung Friday din, same day nung na-assign sya samin. May kulang pa ba ako? Baka kasi hindi siya nagrereply kasi may kulang pa? Ano sa palagay ninyo?

    Kinakabahan kasi ako, baka mamaya hindi pa sufficient yung evidences ko. Hihihi.

    @islaman hehe.. nakalagay po yung number sa bottom part sa email ng CO mo.
    gamitin mo yung number para sa overseas application with ending digits ..7000! ;)
    if you plan to call them.. i suggest bukas na 6:30AM Philippine time para kaw mauna at mabilis masagot ang tawag mo. :D

    Naku direct grant na yan sayo! :) Baka humingi pa ng evidences kasi bagong kasal lang kami, and totally wala pa akong ginagawa after nung wedding, hindi pako nagpalit ng surname, wala pa akong pinalitan na addresses, update ng mga government benefits, etc. Kasi ang requirement diba at least 1 year pag may de facto or spouse.

    Ang nakakapagtaka, bakit kaya hiningi pa, inupload ko naman lahat before ako nagka CO. Kung tutuusin, ang wala lang sa ImmiAccount ko eh yung dalawang phone bills.

    @islaman so de facto yung sa EOI mo then nung naglodge ka married na? feeling ko yung mga CO nagdodownload lang sila ng files from IMMI in 1 shot tapos di na nila binabalikan, kaya baka nung nagdownload sila nun e wala pa yung mga iba files mo. baka lang hehe.
    Hindi, sa EOI ko single ako. Haha! Wala naman kasi akong balak pa non magpakasal at all, nag iba lang lahat nung nag ka SS invite ako, natakot ata na mawala ako sa buhay nya kaya nag alok ng kasal. Haba ng haaaaiiiir!

    Tapos nung mag lodge ako, sinama ko na sya as spouse. Iba naman kasi ang state and ang department kaya pwede naman daw yun. Sabay sabay ko inupload lahat yun. Weird kung ganon, pinili lang nya ang dinownload nya hahaha choosy! :p

    Evidence of Residential Address - Magkaiba kasi residential address namin kasi nagpakasal kami August 9, August 14 kami nag lodge. Nagupload na din ako dati ng Lease Agreement na dated nung August 14, pero nanghingi pa din. Ginawa ko inupload ko ulit tapos inemail ko. Dinagdagan ko ng dalawang phone bills namin na nakapangalan sa kanaya yung isa, sa akin yung isa, pero same address. Saka tig-isa kaming Form 929.

    English Requirements - Inupload ko na din to dati, pero same, hiningi padin. Inupload ko nalang ulit yung certificate of english as medium of instruction ni husband from his school.

    Yan yung mga documents na sinend ko nung Friday din, same day nung na-assign sya samin. May kulang pa ba ako? Baka kasi hindi siya nagrereply kasi may kulang pa? Ano sa palagay ninyo?

    Kinakabahan kasi ako, baka mamaya hindi pa sufficient yung evidences ko. Hihihi.

    @islaman sa mga nababasa ko hindi lng d2 na forum kundi sa iba pa, merong system glitch ang file uploading system ng ImmiAcct.

    yung sa case ko hiningan din ako ni CO ng SG PCC na na-upload ko na 2 weeks prior to his email. i replied back attaching the SG PCC and stating that I already uploaded the requested doc and providing him with the exact date of upload. i also re-uploaded my SG PCC to my mmiAcct for the 2nd time.

    after replying to his email i immediately made a followup call using the contact number provided on his email but unfortunately DIBP was already close for the day (already 4:30PM - Adelaide Time).

    The next day tumawag ako 6:31AM Philippine time and in less than 30secs merong sumagot na officer and he did some verifications (DOB, Full Name, TRN etc).
    Then nagpaliwanag ako sa kanya exactly what I wrote on my reply email to the CO. Right then and there he looked into my application and was able to verify that my SG PCC was already uploaded he also checked his email and confirmed the receipt of my reply email attaching the requested doc. ***The whole conversation lasted for 7:59 minutes***

    Exactly 6 minutes after i hang up.. booom.. the rest is history! ;)

    @islaman feeling ko malapit ka na. baka napasarap lang ng pagkakape yung CO mo. hehe. excited to see another augustinian to rejoice in this thread :)
    Sana tama ang feeling mo! Pag nag grant ang visa ko magpapakape ako sa mga CO hahaha!

    @islaman Review the plans for current company and the timing. So much things to consider pa - school for my boy, winter season timing, job hunting, etc. Dahan dahan muna at nakakaoverwhlemed hehehe..

    Batchmates! Nakakainggit naman mga grants ninyo! Wala pa din balita kay CO today, eto yung mga documents na hiningi sakin:

    Ako kasi primary applicant. No claimed points from husband.

    Evidence of Relationship - Nagupload na ako dati pa ng marriage contract, pictures, and personal statements namin dalawa mag asawa. Hindi ko alam bat humingi pa siya ulit. Ginawa ko, inupload ko ulit sa ImmiAccount, tapos inemail ko pa kay CO.

    @islaman hehe.. magandang case study din po ito para malaman if calling them really has an impact to speed up the grants. pero sa mga nababasa ko, we only call if we are already assigned a CO and we have already sent out the requested docs and also if meron special cases that we need to do some explanation and clarification kagaya sa case ko at sayo. :D

    wow, pa-alarm ka maaga para mauna ka sa pila. Goodluck! ;)
