hello po @magoo_z hindi pa kami nagsubmit ng form 80, but we shall have it ready soon...di ko atah alam ang form 1221 hehe knowing you uploaded that means it's a requirement ba or just additional document? thanks!

@rareking i think you hired an agent tama po ba? yes, the immiacct will only state that they have received your meds result BUT hindi nakalagay dun kung positive or negative man yun. you just need to wait for any correspondence/email from the CO if there is such a need for a re-medical or not. i have read about some members here who were asked by the CO to sign this so called Health Undertaking because of some problems on their medical result.

sa mga nababasa ko hindi po mandatory na e-upload yung forms 80 and 1221.
yung madalas nahihingan nito ay yung mga applicants na galing sa 'high risk' countries like Pakistan etc.. marami po ang nabigyan ng direct grant na hindi nagsubmit ng mga forms mentioned.
better have it ready nlng just in case hihingin sya ng CO. 20 pages ata ito and takes time to complete. Good luck sa atin

hello mayts!
better frontload form80 na even without the CO's instruction yet. This is to help lessen lead time of visa grant... although hindi nman lahat ang hinihingan ng form 80, and tama si @mistakenidentity usually sa high risk countries lang, else, at random lang, or based on frontloaded docs if form80 is still recommended for review.
It's a long form with a lot of pages that need careful filling out, so mas mabuti na yung frontload mo na din... ;-)

sana nga po..hehe..hinihingi po smen is yung NBI clearance which we uploaded immediately and yung health undertaking form.. sana nga po tuloy tuloy na lahat ng august applicants.. God bless po steng lahat..

BTW 189 po kami and hubby is the primary applicant..

Hi po...I just received my invite for 190 visa.Plan ko po sana mag medical muna kmi ng fam ko bago mag lodge ng main visa. Ask ko lng po, kasi sa EOI homepage meron nakalagay "Apply for Visa" eh baka kasi pag tinuloy tuloy ko click pagbayarin na ako agad lol... Tas sa immiAccount mi option to create..nag create na po ako. No sure kung tama ginagawa ko..need ko ba i click Apply Visa sa EOI?

Cno po pala ng pass ding ng form 1023 dito for correction for non migrating dependents?

ako nag-submit ding ng form 1023, bale na-add ko ung mother and father ko as non-migrating...waiting for co and praying everything would be alright by God's grace.

hi @persephone30 , question ko din yan dati sa forum hehe. click mo lang apply kasi madami pa fifillupan diyan, tapos last step pa yung bayad. masave mo din yung nafillupan mo na kahit di ka pag magbayad. suggestion ko lang magandang magbayad agad para umaandar na yung application, pwede naman magupload anytime after magbayad. yung medical mabilis lang din po yun kahit after mo na magbayad yun.

@persephone30 kelangan mo muna ata mag lodge ng visa application bago ka pwede makapag medical. kasi kelangan mo ung HAP ID at ito yung ibibigay mo dun sa clinic.

not sure though kung meron na nakapagmedical priro to lodging.

ay thanks po sa sagot...oks na po..kinclik ko yung apply visa tas after mag fill-u dinirect nya ako sa immi account tas nag login nlng ako...inimport nya na din account ko sa skill select. May option po kasi ngayon yung My Health Declaration na pede ka pa medical before lodging a visa.. May mga dependent po kasi ako so pa medical muna kami..baka lng mi probs sa medical or sumthing so pede po yun na di nlng isama yung dependent na may health probs di ba?

@persephone30 you mean you are willing to leave behind a dependent who will run into problems with their meds result? if you could do some backreading and try to search around the forum, marami din po nagkaproblema sa meds (pero hindi naman yung high risk contagious cases like AIDS, Ebola etc.) nila be it the main applicant or dependents pero they were still granted a visa. although meron pong konteng 'detour' like re-med and/or they will refer the case with MOC and ask you to sign this Health Undertaking form, in the end the visa will still be granted.

@mistakenidentity Just in case lng po na magka cause probs sa visa. Since open naman yung My Health Declaration option, yun nlng muna i avail namin if may issue sa health then we can decide kung ano ang next step. medyo na apranoid din mom ko lol gusto nya pa medical muna ng personal bago yung pa medical ng para sa visa... Pero sana wala nang issue :S thanks po sa advice
