    @5000rpm.....it would be good though that you will check it first if this occupation (carpentry) is included in the 2014 SOL......since if it is there then most probably that can be your pathway to apply later on for permanent residency in OZ....

    @5000rpm ....thats good since carpentry is included in SOL....here's the link that will tell you what are the basis to get the required 60 points:
    ==============================================
    http://accountingprofessionalyear.com.au/point-test/

    ==============================================

    so makikita mo dyan bro na ang qualification specifically for your chosen one (carpentry) ay magbibigay sa iyo ng 10 migration points...however it all depends on the assessing body if yog sinasabi mo na certificate 3 in carpentry is already sufficient to allow you to apply for pr ( given here the fact that aside from this qualification, you meet the remaining points from other criteria like age, ielts, etc.)

    =========================================
    https://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/2-year-study.htm
    ===========================================

    that link will tell you that to be able to qualify to apply for general skilled migration, you need to accomplish the 2 academic years study in australia.....basahin mo lang further ang link bro at marami ka malalalaman dyan tungkol sa australian study requirement....good luck
