Initial Entry Questions - Immigration Clearance Queue for All Passengers or for Citizens and PRs

Hi,

Upon arrival at the Melbourne Intl Airport's Immigration Clearance kapag mag-Initial Entry palang, dapat ba sa same queue kami na kasama ng ibang mga tourists? Or pwedeng sa lane na ng PRs?

And for PRs, meron bang available na Automated Clearance (or SmartGate), gaya ng dito sa Singapore Changi Airport?
