Hello guys, just want to ask, is 60,000 AUD annual salary a reasonable salary in Sydney?

Yong work is 3 times a week work from home, at yong pagpunta sa office depende daw sa need kung kailangan pumasok onsite. My 7 years of experience sana ako pero ayon entry level lang yong position na open, yong nakalagay din sa job posting one year experience lang ang required. Iniisip ko rin wala pa akong Australian experience, at yong flexibility, kung ano oras ka mag in, count kalang ng 8 hours para mag clock out, at may time pwede maghanap ng 2nd job or weekend job.

Hello! Tama ba na 3x a week lang ang work? tapos WFH? then $65k + super? I think it's not that bad. Though I am not sure what's the role and everything.

IMO, since 2 months ka na naghahanap ng work and eto 'yung dumating for now, it's not a bad idea to take it. And while kumukuha ka na rin ng experience at the same time, then actively apply pa rin to find the job that you really want. Good luck!

Thank you po. Bali work from home 3x a week, pero onsite 2x week, ito naman daw depende sa need kadalasan daw sa kanila nag eexceed ng more than 3x yong WFH. Yong manager once a month lang pumapasok onsite kadalasan work from home. 5 days pa rin yong pasok all in all. ERP management/materials management nag mamaintain ng master data yong work. Mahirap talaga yong job hunting kabilaan yong rejections sa seek and indeed. Iniisip ko nalang makakabayad na ko ng accommodation kahit papano dito at yong work naman parang magaan lang hybrid pa yong setup so tipid sa pamasahe. Hopefully magaan di yong mga katrabaho at yong experience.

Ahhh I see. Since sabi mo na medyo maluwag 'yung work, then baka nga may chance ka pa makahanap ng 2nd work. Kaya 'yan!

hi po, what type of visa is being offered for you, if you do not mind me asking?

    all the best!

    God Bless!

Hello po, thank you. I'm on visa 190.

i see... normal na po ata yung ganun na sweldo, i've even heard of 55k being offered here @ QLD for starters, pwede ka pa din mag-apply while you are getting your "local experience", until such a time you have enough experience to demand more, or also try to upskill yourself para mas madaling ibenta ang sarili sa employers ;) $31.25 ka na nyan per hour, which is above their average here in AU.

Electronics and Communications Engineering yong course ko pero yong experience ko is more sa Research and Development, supply chain at product data management.

i was on 70k for 5 years before me nakalipat :) and we were a family of 3 back then, so i believe oks na yan and will be good enough for starters :) cheers!

    all the best!

    God Bless!

May kakikilala din ako na 45k daw yong starting nila. Ako naman solo so fight na siguro to. Accommodation kasi talaga yong malaki dito at siguro nakakarelate yong mga on the same boat na searching pa at andito na sa Au, swerte din yong iba prepared financially enough na pwede sila mag wait ng ilang buwan for the best job and offer.

Iniisip ko rin wala pa akong Australian experience, at yong flexibility, kung ano oras ka mag in, count kalang ng 8 hours para mag clock out, at may time pwede maghanap ng 2nd job or weekend job.

hi po, what type of visa is being offered for you, if you do not mind me asking?

    all the best!

    God Bless!

Hello po, thank you. I'm on visa 190.

i see... normal na po ata yung ganun na sweldo, i've even heard of 55k being offered here @ QLD for starters, pwede ka pa din mag-apply while you are getting your "local experience", until such a time you have enough experience to demand more, or also try to upskill yourself para mas madaling ibenta ang sarili sa employers ;) $31.25 ka na nyan per hour, which is above their average here in AU.

    found a good read:

    all the best po!

    God Bless!

Same tayo 65k annual, yang computation na yan ay BEFORE tax kaya liliit pa yan.

congratulations sa lahat ng may work, and more prayers po sa mga naghahanap pa ng work... it is truly a blessing to be able to work and provide for the family, the best thing for me working here in AU na PR na is i do have that peace of mind na kaya kong maghanap ng ibang work and di ako matatakot dahil meron na ako local experience that they are always looking for, if ever i try moving up the ladder, or kahit lateral lang ;)

normally ang increase sa mga companies is 2-4% per annum, if stated on the contract, now pag mas malaki dyan ang increase yearly, that is a really good company! :) so normally, after 1-3 years in a company, people will tend to leave na, kasi we can demand 10% and more from new companies we are moving to :) just my opinion po ;)

    all the best!

    God Bless!
