Driver's License for Visa 457 Holder

Can we use our PH Driver's license as long as this visa is valid? Or kailangan mag-convert to local license at some point? I will be based on Melbourne.

As long as valid ang dalawa (1) 457 visa and (2) PH driving license - you are good...

When you convert to PR; ibang usapan na yan. Don't ask me the nitty gritty on this though coz I don't know.

Eto na lang, ano naman kailangan pagbibili ng 2nd hand na sasakyan ang visa 457 holder? Sana hindi required ang OZ license Me flight booking na ko on Sept 06 at me apartment na rin sa CBD area. After a month, I'm on my own na.

hindi cguro coz I know 2 457 holders who owns their own car here on PH license.

seriously, i don't know the nitty gritty of the 457 visa. it should be no dramas though - i hope!

Pre dito ako Adelaide, nung unang kumuha ako ng sasakyan drivers license ko sa pinas ang nilagay na license /customer number sa registration ng kotse. mas ok kung bibili ka ng cash, kung hulugan naman ang sasakyan sa mga used car lot ok din at ganoon din ang proseso.

Salamat, cash payment pare mahirap me iniisip na utang. For 4 months naka-survive ako walang kotse work from home lang kase ako pero parating na family ko by April kaya kailangan ko na bumili.

@downzhift Philippine license din ang gamit ko sa pagdrive. Di naman kailangan na Oz license agad sa pagbili ng sasakyan kasi 457 visa pa. Nung kumuha ako ng sasakyan, kumuha ako ng client number sa SA customer service centre (Adelaide based kasi ako).
Mabilis lang naman ang proseso. Nagloan ako sa bank and 2nd hand lang binili ko.
