    nice naman mga business ideas dito.. minsan sumasagi sa isip ko na if ever wala ako makitang magandang work, we'll just set up a day care center there in AU. Siguro napakagaan lang ng work nun and nasa bahay ka lang..

    Unfortunately day care centre is not that easy to set-up; heavily regulated yan dito so hindi basta basta ito...

    Ang cleaners sa NSW ay hindi pa regulated trade (unlike Sa Singapore ang huling balita ko magsisimula na silang mag-regulate). Other trades are regulated though, example in NSW http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/ftw/Tradespeople/Home_building_licensing/Licence_classes_and_qualifications.page

    Ang alam kong requirement lang namin usually sa cleaners ay may insurance dapat. Check ko uli bukas kung meron pang ibang compliance requirements.

    actually, yan ang madalas na pabirong sabi ko sa spouse ko everytime dadaan kami ng toto/lotto outlet. pag manalo kami, mag-open ng jollibee sa Au. pero, dumaan lang eh, hindi tumaya ;)

    seriously, bakit nga pala walang jollibee sa Au? initial research ko was mayroon daw attempt to open last 2013 sa Blacktown Sydney but unsuccessful. don't know if it's true and why...

    May nag pa survey sa facebook na balak yata magtayo gn jollibee.
    NAg pa survey pa nga sa facebook... pero biglang nawala na yung balita.

    May balita palagi na may jollibee daw sa airport ng Sydney --- hindi po totoo yun. Ilan na nakapgtanong sakin kung san daw sa airport. hindi po totoo yun.

    MAX ang sigurado ako na nag try mag attempt.

    Nag pa site visit na sila at ang tinitingnan nila na location is yung rooftop ng WestPoint a few years ago. Pero hindi pa rin natuloy.

    Gusto kais ng mga nag franchise na sila mag supply ng mga ingridients/raw material.
    Strict yata ang Aus sa pag pasok ng mga raw materials. (yan ay sariling opinion or sa naririnig ko sa tabi-tabi)

    Looks like Australian regulation ang issue at policy ng mga nag franchise.

    Para mas malaki ang scope ng sasali sa ending... hidi lang mga pinoy or asians (aussie hindi mahilig sa basketball). May ka oficemate ako pang babae lang daw yung basketball... kasi sikat dito netball laro ng mga babae.

    Isa ka rin palang dahilan kung bakit lugi siya... butii nalang wala ka p sa AU nong nagbizniz sya. Hehehe

    Maganda nman track record/. Credentials ng jolibee and they have branches in many places around the world including US and Canada. And tingin ko symbolic na sya sa mga pinoy khit saan halos locations basta may concentration ng pinoy papatok yan. sigurado dadayuhin pa ng iba hehe
    @vhoythoy Once mag-start ka na ng Jollibee sa Australia, huwag mo akong kalimutan. I am very interested and hopeful, someday, somehow, somewhere...

    Hindi lang sa kitchen, kahit sa ibang parts ng house magaling din ako (self-proclaimed).

    Seriously speaking, hindi naman ako yung nag luluto tlga :-)
    - pwede ako sa design/figure ng cakes/cupcakes.


    Lugi pa rin "ako" kahit minsan may bayad.
    Kasi ako palagi ang gumagastos sa pag bili ng ingridients.
