My partner and I have been here in Australia since February 2013 on 457 visa for the hotel / motel manager occupation.

We recently manage and run a 50 room motel property with venue for breakfast, conferences, and licensed restaurant located in one of the regional areas in Victoria. As resident managers hands on to multi-tasking responsibilites, we catered for various guests' needs encompassing all hotel departments, ie housekeeping, food and beverage and front office department, to ensure smooth daily hotel operation and hotel guests' expectations are exceeded. Back in the Philippines sa hotel din po kami ng partner ko so extensive po ang background sa hotel operation.

Now we are exploring our options na maka hanap sana ng bagong employer na makapag trabaho kami at ma e sponsor sana, baka po isa sa inyo dito ay naghahanap, or baka may alam kayong naghahanap na nag co-consider ng sponsorship pra mag manage ng hotel / motel. Ideally, resident manager / duty manager / night manager occupation for the principal visa holder, or resident couple manager occupation maaari din.
