Dahil sa kakapanood ko ng Border Security: Australia (hehe) ay medyo napraning ako at naghahanda na para alam ko na yung isusulat ko sa Incoming Passenger Card.
Referring to this:
http://www.immi.gov.au/managing-australias-borders/border-security/travel/passenger-cards/_pdf/english-ipc-sample.pdfSa question #3 - diba yung purpose nito is to for them to check whether there are taxable goods to be brought in, but for new migrants the tax is waived. My question is do we (new migrants) still have to tick 'Yes'? I'm guessing yes (based on the if-not-sure-then-declare-it creed), but just want to know what the others did.

But as in all boxes, you can tick YES naman if you are in doubt (in fact YES when in doubt is the most reasonable thing to do) - you will be ask pa rin naman eh, why you ticked yes and if they feel na dapat NO yung answer mo, they will just let you go and tick NO for you.
Hope this helps!
