Ahh Okay. So pwede po online na lang kunin, then ctrl + p para makuha yung pdf niya? Tatanggapin po ng ACS yun?

pwede din screenshot, basta readable. yes, yun ginawa ko, tinanggap naman. unless they mentioned in their new rules na they dont allow screenshots na. double check mo na din.

Mga boss may question lang ako about sa TRA Migration Assessment for Hardware technician:

    1. Mag susubmit lang ba ng documents dun? Yun lang ba yung assessment, like isusubmit mo lang yung work experience mo?

Within how many years.

Hi! newbie here. I'm interested po to apply for a skilled migrant visa. I'm an IT graduate po with 6yrs and 6mos working experience as a Software Engineer. I'm planning to get my skills assessed po by ACS. Tama po ba na ang pagkakasunod-sunod ng process for this application is: Skills Assessment by ACS - PTE Exam - EOI - Visa Application? Also, I've read po na need ng payslips from previous employers. However, na-keep ko lang po last three months of payslips ko from each companies. May possible po kaya na maging issue since wala po ako payslips and BIR2316 nung 2018 and 2019?

yep, tama po. alam mo naman yung mga pre-requisites right? like you need positive assessments or desirable results before you can submit an EOI. after EOI, you need to get invited for visa application.

regarding payment evidence, try as much as you can to gather evidences to solidify your claims. maybe contact your payroll bank? maybe you can request transaction history. reach out to your employers din, see if ano pwedeng workaround given the situation. basta exhaust all the possibilities.

i suggest you backread a few more posts in this thread, may mga same scenarios like you who got positive results. ayun lang, all the best!

Hi! Like for example, I'm planning to request na po sana kasi yung reference letter sa previous employers ko. :)

no problemo! 😊 i applied last year pa ha. yung ginawa ko, all my letters from my previous employers were in the current year (2023), pero yung sa current employer ko was dated nung month na nag apply ako. baka lang kasi they might ask for an updated one for your current employer. submit a decision ready application para iwas delay.

pero!! since ACS launched their new application process, afaik mabilis na yung turnaround time nila.

try mo if your employer can certify the transaction history. alam ko may gumawa ng ganun. kausapin mo na lang both parties on what options are available. check mo previous posters here for the same scenarios like you, para may makuha kang idea. alam ko madami ganyan dilemma.

Hi. Nakareceive ako today message from ACS:

"Please upload the original documents. A true copy or certified copy are not acceptable."

Thank you po.

    1. Do I need to e-mail the HR first requesting for the reference letter or okay lang na dumerecho na ako doon sa previous manager ko and magbigay lang ako nung statutory declaration para mapirmahan nalang niya?

Thank you in advance po! :)

    1. Mag decide ka kung Stat Dec ba or yung letter from HR nyo yung gagamitin mo.

    1. Generic COE lang din ng supervisor mo, di na kelangan na as detailed as yours. Make sure may overlap sa tenure nyo.

    2. Pag nag Stat Dec ka, super mali na gamitin mo company logo and header. Hindi sila (HR) nag issue nun kahit copied pa from HR ang details. Stat dec is a document written by your supervisor attesting they have supervised you during your employment in that company. Ang required na may company logo and header (+ verification details), is yung official employment letter from your HR.

Tapos yung sa stat dec, iemphasize nyo that the job descriptions in the stat dec are more detailed than those provided by HR, to demonstrate further the suitability to your nominated anzsco's roles and responsibilities.
