Hello po! Just received the outcome letter for my husband. Since 3 occupation code yung pwede, medyo nalilito lang po ako ano gagamitin ko for our EOI.

    1) ICT Support Engineer - Degree is closely related and work experience is closely related
    2) Computer Network & Systems Engineer - Degree not closely related but employment was acceptable due to overall history of experience
    3) Network Admin - same po sa Computer Network

All three din po nakalagay na comparable to Degree naman

Any similar results and any advice which one is best to use sa EOI namin? Thank you!

In our case, lahat yan nilodge namin ng EOI. Mag dedepend nlng ilang years ung na assess ni ACS for each occupation sa points claiming and depende din sa rules per state. For example for SC 189 we have EOI for ICT Security Specialist, System Administrator and Computer Network & System Engineer. For 190 NSW and VIC same din. In our case we have a total of 100+ EOI dahil nagpa assess po kme both.

Then, parehas po kayo gumawa EOI for both?

    Hi guys, newbie here. :)

Nasa planning stage pa lang ako to gather the required documents. I backread, but I have some doubts on the following:

    1. Statutory of declaration - pwede po bang ako gumawa ng document then isend ko na lang sa former TL ko then sya na magpapanotarize? Or need po bang sya mismo ang gumawa?
    2. My company transferred from an agency to its local entity (both under the same parent company) pero same lang yung title and responsibilities namin. Does it count as a separate experience/company?
    3. Related to #2, sa CV should I put them as separate work experience din po ba?
    4. Payment evidence - Payslip and ITR for the start and end of employment for each employer. Plus SSS and Pagibig contributions screenshots. Enough na po kaya?
    5. Baka may sample template po kayo for employment reference.

    Thank you in advance 🙏

Can someone help to clarify ano yung pwede ko claim for points?

Meron kasi nakalagay na date suitable for migration as of 2018, pero dun sa closely related na experience - lahat naman from 2014 experience is listed.

Does that mean I can only claim for points from 2018?

    Thanks!

    1. Finollow ko lang template ng ACS para dito, and then ginawa ko na siya and tsaka sinubmit sa mga hr or previous boss ko para letterhead and signature nalang nila ang gagawin
    2. If you can have a letter siguro stating it’s the same company, baka mas okay po. But if not may be considered different company siya.
    3. Depends po
    4. Yes should be enough, basta 2 kinds of payment evidence per start and end date of employment.
    5. Employment reference ginawa ko same template lang ng statutory, with job description
    6. Yes pwede HR, based on my experience sa letters ng hubby ko na pinapirma namin sa HR.

    Hope this helps!

Follow up question lang po baka may idea kayo.

    1. Statutory Declaration - dun sa template yung company info ang nasa letterhead, but since sa TL ko lang ipapasign, should I remove yung sa company and kay TL lang ang ilalagay?
    2. Digital signature - nakalagay kasi sa ACS guidelines na dapat may digital signature certificate. Are they strict po ba dito or okay lang yung electronic one?
    3. Transfer of company - may official email po from the company, iadd as evidence ko na lang din pero magtry na rin ako magrequest ng employment reference and payment evidence from them.
    4. Employment reference - same template as statutory with list of duties pero niremove nyo po yung ibang parts with witness etc.? Kayo na rin po gumawa tas sinend na lang sa HR to fill the other info such as the company letterhead and signatory?

    Hi,

    1) Better po if may letter head ng company, I don’t think iaccept yan unless notarized. Sakin kasi wala ako ganyan - employment reference lang sakin with details about sa role ko, duration ng employment, salary, and job description, hindi ko na din pinanotarized since may letterhead naman ng company.
    2) Hmm not sure, as per what we sent lahat signed naman and some signed digitally (meaning hindi printed then signed)
    3) ah yes, if may letter you can add that as 1 document sa employment ref
Yes, when we requested sa HR and ibang manager ni hubby - I send them the document in words, then included instructions sa email ko na need ko in company letter head and their signature. Unless sa current company niya kasi we cannot directly state na it’s for migration, haha I followed their advice na palabasin it’s for training purposes

Hello, HELP! sorry I'm asking again. If anyone can help clarify sana for claiming points.

Kahit po lahat ng Employment history from 2014 is tagged as "Closely Related" dun sa occupation code?

    THANK YOU!

Questions po newbie here. Appreciate your help! :)

    1. Accepted as payment evidence po ba yung final payslip report?
    2. Need po ba may electronic siignature yung employee sa BIR 2316?
    3. Strict po kaya sila sa scan 300 DPI? I scanned my documents via Notes app sa phone.

Kaso baka maging not suitable agad. sayang yung work experience. 🥲 Anyone who can advise, please? Thanks!

Na submit mo na? It is cheaper na paulit nalang yung Notary as it is cheaper compared to negative result sa assesment.

I vote for same kung di mo pa nassubmit. O> @bpinyourarea said:

    1. Yes, I used this for one of my work episodes.
    2. Ideally meron sana. May nagpost yata dito before parang binalik ng assessor kasi wala.
    3. Sa ACS ba to? Gumamit ka ng proper scanner. Or icheck mo kung readable ba after phone scanner.

IMO, Yes kasi 4-6 weeks result ng ACS and add pa yung duration ng documents gathering. You can review PTE while gathering docs and waiting for the ACS result. And PTE turnaround time of results usually are less than a week on some cases the next day may result na agad.

Hello, much better ba unahin ang acs bago mag take ng PTE?

for me, yes. your goal is to get a positive skills assessment result. focus ka muna dun. your ACS result will make or break your next step. not to mention, ang mahal ng assessment fee. PTE can wait.

I tried this, but unfortunately and reply nila is hindi daw sila nagpoprovide neto. :(
I also mentioned na required sya sa visa assessment. Need ko pa bang kulitin? Hay nakakafrustrate.

Did you try to appeal sa kanila?

I just need clarification on my ACS outcome. All three ANZSCO Codes are suitable and my work experiences have been assessed as closely related. Below is my experience summary:

    Company A:
    Start: June 2019
    End: Nov 2021

    Company B:
    Start: Nov 2021
    End: N/A (Current)

I submitted my ACS application last Feb 2025 and received the outcome today. I just want to have clarification on how many years they deducted from my experience. Below is the message I received from them:

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable against the requirements for ANZSCO code 261312 Developer
    Programmer as of 12-Jun-2024.

Does that mean I would have to count my experience starting June 12, 2024? If so, does that mean I still cannot apply for a PR visa since the minimum requirement is to have 3 years of exp? Can someone please explain to me?

    Thank you!

You may be able to claim experiences before that date if they are assessed as relevant depending on which visa or state you will apply. Not sure if same pa rin but NSW follows the date deemed skilled, which is the date indicated above. For VIC and visa 189, pwede.

Some may disagree with this but this info is from MARA agents and was suggested by my agent as well. Although you still have to be very careful.

Also, I just got my grant today and we claimed points for relevant experience before the date.

OR... since my qualification and work experience are assessed as "closely related", they deducted 2 years so they started to count from June 2021. In able to be suitable I believe I need 3 years so my 3rd year is June 2024 (which is the date stated by ACS above) and this is why they found me suitable because I have 3 years of experience as of June 2024.

    Can anyone confirm this?

you can still submit an EOI but you will get 0 points for work experience. once you hit the 3 years mark, the system will automatically add 5 points to your profile.
