    Hi mga ka-pinoyau!

I just need clarification on my ACS outcome. All three ANZSCO Codes are suitable and my work experiences have been assessed as closely related. Below is my experience summary:

    Company A:
    Start: June 2019
    End: Nov 2021

    Company B:
    Start: Nov 2021
    End: N/A (Current)

I submitted my ACS application last Feb 2025 and received the outcome today. I just want to have clarification on how many years they deducted from my experience. Below is the message I received from them:

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable against the requirements for ANZSCO code 261312 Developer
    Programmer as of 12-Jun-2024.

Does that mean I would have to count my experience starting June 12, 2024? If so, does that mean I still cannot apply for a PR visa since the minimum requirement is to have 3 years of exp? Can someone please explain to me?

    Thank you!

You may be able to claim experiences before that date if they are assessed as relevant depending on which visa or state you will apply. Not sure if same pa rin but NSW follows the date deemed skilled, which is the date indicated above. For VIC and visa 189, pwede.

Some may disagree with this but this info is from MARA agents and was suggested by my agent as well. Although you still have to be very careful.

Also, I just got my grant today and we claimed points for relevant experience before the date.

NSW doesn’t follow the deemed skilled date anymore and now refers to the migration policy in relation to claiming of points. You’re correct though, best to be careful in doing this. If one doesn’t understand the policy, best to leave it with the MARA agents to do this because depending on circumstance not all case will be applicable.

Unfortunately, deactivated na rin yung bank/payroll account.

Nakahingi pa rin ako kahit deactivated basta within 10years. Pupunta ka lang talaga sa branch of account. Same day nakuha ko. Btw, BDO yun.

Thanks for your affirmation po. I just hope people don't say "no" right away instead of pointing them to those with actual experience and qualifications to give qualified advise kasi this is really possible and just needs careful guidance from experts. As I always said, my agent thought it's okay for me so might as well have your cases analyzed by experts before you go the other way kasi sayang ang points hehehe

I’m not as active here as I used to be kasi super busy…but I try to check in here from time to time. I’ve been in this forum since 2016 and the main reason why I share snippets of general (professional) insights here is to help get people on the right track. Have done the journey many years ago and I know how it’s like for everyone here. This forum is a great source of information but just always be mindful that unless the information comes from the immigration website, the actual policy or from a MARA agent, they are not official information and should proceed with caution.
