Hi po sa inyo,

Paano po kayo nagsubmit ng organizational chart? Pwede po makahingi ng format pati yung needed signatories. Tagal ko na po kasi naghahanap but wala po akong makita. I will continue to search but if someone can direct me, i will greatly appreciate.

Should I submit Organizational Chart or for RPL route lang yun? If I have a Reference letter with detailed job description, no need to attach Statutory Declaration right?

@eccen3K kung ang course mo and yung work experience mo ay relelated wala akong sinubmit na org chart nung nagpa assess ako sa ACS. Just a complete COE with job roles and responsibilities with company letter head and signatory.

Or if not baka nga RPL if iba ang natapos mo sa nominated occupation nyo.

hi all, im a new member but i've been following this site for months now. tanong lang po sa mga nka receive ng ACS assessment this month of may. na credit b lahat ng experiences nyo? kasi assessment natanggap namen, me nkalagay po ganito...

"The following employment after April 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled
level and relevant to 261313 (Software Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code."

so basically, experiences before that date cant be claim on EOI as relevant experience. marami din po kasi ngka ganito sa kabilang forum.

@raiden.. actually applicable lng ito sa mga nkatanggap ng ACS result sa May (as per na experience).. me bagong pamamaraan ng pag assess ang ACS. andami ngka problema nito sa kabilang forum kasi hindi nla ma submit ang EOI, kinulang na sa points. buti nlng kami nkaabot pa ng 60 pro mas mabuti sana kng 65 hehe

5yrs sana ang experience ng misis ko e base sa assessment ng ACS, mga 3yrs lng ang qualified pra sa nominated occupation.. so kaya binaba namen ang points sa EOI from 65 to 60 to play safe

@ibaning - iba po ba ang work exp nya before April 2009?
i am asking, ksi baka hindi enough ang documents nyo to show na relevant talga sya sa nominated occupation nya.. (example; yung job description is not clear/closely related)

@lock_code2004 - same lng po although nasa ibang company sya. software engr ang position nya sa lahat ng documents pina dala namin.

@raiden14 - gusto ko sna mg email kaso matagal ang reply. kailangan na kasi namin mg decide agad pra mka habol sa next round of invites coming may 20.

me iba tumawag sa DIAC mismo pra e confirm kung gagawa cla mismo ng sariling assessment or susundin nla ang assessment ng ACS. ibaiba ang sagot ng DIAC, depende sa tao na nka usap. kaya nag tanong ako dito pra malaman kung meron b nka experience ng ganito. dun kasi sa isang forum na binabasa ko nagkakagulo na hehe

@ibaning - ah okay. oh well magulo nga ang assessment guidelines nila kung ganun.. so hindi natin alam kung bakit nga..

pero baka nmn nagkamali lang sila..
meron nangyari nyan dito (not for ACS though, sa EA yata), hindi na credit ang work exp nya sa assessment result.. nag-email lang sila at nagreply nmn.. nagkamali lang daw ang CO..

Hi all, I'm really concerned on what @ibaning pointed out. It seems that ACS has a new guideline in doing their assessment. You can see that they updated the pdf guideline found on their site. On the pdf, you can see the changes on item #4.

They added this new rule.

"Only employment completed after the date you have met the ACS requirements will be counted as skilled employment. Please see the Summary of Criteria for additional information."

Here is the link of the ACS requirement that you need to meet before they can count your employment as skilled employment (http://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/7324/Summary-of-Criteria.pdf)

From what I understand, if you have a bachelors degree with ICT MAJOR and this course is closely related to your nominated ANZSCO, you need to have 2 years of experience before you can be qualified for assessment. Then only the employment you have after that 2 years will be counted as skilled employment.

In my case, I am an BSIT graduate with more than 8 years of working experience as Analyst Programmer. They will then deduct 2 yrs from my 8 yrs of experience. This leaves me with 6 yrs of skilled employment which will only give me 10 points instead of 15 points if I had been assess with 8 years.

If you have a bachelor's degree with ICT MINOR and this course is closely related to your nominated ANZCO, you need to have 5 years of relevant experience. So 5 years will be deducted to your total work experience and the remaining will be your assessed number of years of skilled employment.

I've also check the other forum and all recent ACS assessment this month of May have this new format.

One thing that is not clear is if DIAC will still consider all your employment experience once you lodge your EOI and Visa application and disregard the lesser number of skilled employment years that ACS had assess.

@Hunter_08, I'm not sure pero siguro hindi kasi yung main concern dito is yung nakalagay sa ACS assessment. As per @ibaning post, yung nakalagay sa assessment nya ay

sa ngayon malaking question mark talaga to. kaya ang ginawa nlng namin is play safe. we only claimed points for work experience indicated dun sa ACS results. however sa EOI, nka lista pa rin lahat ng work experiences. hinahabol kasi namin ang next round of invites coming monday. hopefully mkakuha kami ng invite *crossing fingers*
