    Hi @yhanie_17 .. Yung pinasa kong mga COE is from June 1999 to March 2013. Tapos yung letter ito po sabi.

    Hi all,

    I just got my positive assessment today. It took around 3 months (94 days to be exact).

    Here's what my result says:

    "Your Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from XXX completed in May 2004 has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Diploma with a major in computing.

    The following employment after February 2010 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261311 (Analyst Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code."

    I have more than 8 yrs of working experience since Feb 2005 but I now I think I can only claim 3 years because of the new ACS rules.

    Now I need to get 10 points on IELTS to compensate for the lost points. I'm not giving up, tuloy ang laban!

    @kremitz - tama si yhanie_17, naglabas ng bagong letter result format ang ACS na nakalagay na kung kailan mo na meet ang ACS assessment criteria. Back read po kayo sa page #92, nandun po yung explanation ko tungkol sa bagong assessment criteria ng ACS.

    Pero till now, di pa rin malinaw kung ang assessment result ba ng ACS ang susundin ng DIAC sa pag bibigay ng points sa years skilled experience. Sana by July maglabas na sila ng clear policy tungkol dito.

    @kremitz - credited naman lahat ng years of experience ko kasi yung 8 years work experience ko ay sa isang company lang and in the same position. May bagong format lang talaga ang ACS kasi nilalagay na nila yung date kung kailan mo na meet ang ACS criteria.

    June 8,2014: Hubby arrived in Sydney
    Sept 11,2014: Hubby's first day of work. Thank you Lord!
    Feb 7, 2015 : Baby and I arrived in Sydney
    April 13, 2015: My first day of work :)

    @yhanie_17 - naka specify pa rin ang mga date ng mga employment mo na na-assess as related sa nominated job code mo.

    Yung sa akin nakalagay:

    Dates: 02/05 - 03/13 (8 yrs 1mths)
    Position: Senior Website and Application Programmer
    Employer: XXXXXX
    Country: Philippines

    Pero beside that, naka indicate din yung clause na "The following employment after February 2010 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant...". Yan yung nagpagulo. Kasi yung experience lang daw after Feb. 2010 ang considered as skilled level.
