Saan po kayo nagpa-medical? Ang nabasa ko sa immi.gov dalawa lang, sa Makati at sa Ermita. Pero nabasa ko naman sa website ng St Luke's BGC pwede din sa kanila. Tama po ba yun, tatanggapin ng Australia yung medical exam from St. Luke's BGC?

@wizardofOz Hi! Oo natuloy kami. Favorable lahat since sem break 30 mins lang byahe ganun din pauwi. Tapos number 2 kami for Australia. Over-all it took us less than 2 hrs at apat pa kami non. Bumalik kami for pedia ng 1pm. Ang mga doctor parang mga robot dahil scripted mga tanung nila. Parang formality na lang makita ka na in good condition. Di gaano nag probe sa physical exam. Mabilis lahat ng procedure and processing sa SLEC-GC. I hope ma upload nila agad results. At di nila ginamit print out ko na forms. Nag fill up pa ako ulit ng Form 20.

@tulogista Kung mas convenient sa iyo ang St Luke's Global City, don ka na lang kasi walang pila basta punta ka around 9am or earlier on a weekday. May nabasa din ako dito sa forum under topic "Medicals" na sa Global City din sila pumunta.

@theumlasfamily same tayo ng naging experience, parang ganyan din yung doktor na nag-examine sakin.. mas stringent pa yung Physical Exam na ginagawa kapag APE namin sa kumpanya

Hi Guys, may way po ba para madelete yung document na na upload sa IMMI account. May isa kasi akong evidence na naupload ko sa Australian Work Experience instead na sa Overseas Work Experience eh. Wala pa akong CO.

Hi @artagnan , walang function yung ImmiAccount to delete or replace docs na na-upload na.

If merong incorrect information, ang alam ko you need to fill-up Form 1023 which I think applicable sa case mo kasi eventhough tama naman yung document mo, na-upload mo naman sya sa wrong category..

Check mo na lang din itong form to confirm:

@tulogista Yung 7 year old ko kasi physical exam niya is with the same doctor ng adults. Tapos yung 3 year old ko naman pinabalik pa kami after lunch. Akala ko naman yung " pedia" doctor na iyon eh para sa mga bata lang pero dun din naka-pila mga adults sa kanya.

Ask ko lang may nakagawa na ba dito kumuha ng police clearance from SG?. Wife ko kasi primary applicant. And required sya kumuha clearance from SG dahil nagwork sya dun for 3 years.

@wizardofOz napansin ko na lang din 3 days after ito na din yung nakalagay ''Health has been finalised..'' pero same tayo, yung evidence of health 'recommended' pa din, guess ganito nga talaga.

Hi Guys, I hav been back reading dito sa thread na ito. I have a couple of questions:

1.) What is frontloading?
2.) When is Form 80 required?
3.) How will you know if you have been allocated with a CO?
4.) In my immi account. There are a couple of items that are under "recommended" on the documents upload such as evidence of Australian qualification, evidence of australian work experience, character evidence, and health evidence. I know the last two is required, however, I dont know why the 1st two are recommended since I didn't claim points for these items. I know that not all the "recommended" docs are not required, as stated in their website. I am just curious if anybody had the same experience/ or if this is normal?
5.) Lastly, for the police clearance. When will I receive a letter from DIAP that requires me to obtain a police clearance? Cause I stayed in SG for a several months. and I believe hindi basta makaka request ng Police clearance sa kanila, without any letter of some sort.

1.) What is frontloading?
term used which means uploading docs ahead of time, even without request from CO/DIBP

2.) When is Form 80 required?
Nirerequire ito kadalasan ng CO if he needs further info about the applicant, like travels, residences, previous work (not only from the past 10yrs). Hindi lahat hinihingan nito and pwede ka ma-visa grant kahit hindi mo sya frontload. Pero most applicant frontloads Form 80 para wala ng request request from CO and higher chance na ma-Direct Grant na

3.) How will you know if you have been allocated with a CO?
According forumers here na na-grant na, you will be notified through ImmiAccount Correspondence or directly mag-mmessage sayo si CO sa registered email mo

Mukhang Default sya, every applicant i know, meron talaga nung Australian Qualification/Work Exp Evidence sa ImmiAccount, pero tama ka, as mentioned sa website, not everything is required

Wala akong experience about SG PCC, but I know you can print your Invitation, the Receipt when you paid the Visa, and all the Documents na pinadala ng DIBP after you've successfully lodged the application and show as proof na need mo mag-apply ng PCC. Tanong ka na lang din sa ibang forumers

Ano pala Nominated Occupation mo bro and kelan ka nag-lodge ng visa application?

@wizardofOz Finally submitted na din lahat medicals namin sa DIBP. Complete na lahat. So FBi na lang antay namin. Mag ssubmit ka ba ng Form 80 or antayin mo si CO?

How about doon sa ImmiAccount nyo ano nag-aappear doon sa "Organise your health.." section?

Di ko pa natatapos yung Form 80, baka antayin ko na lang munang hingin ni CO.

Halos magkakalapit pala yung lodged date natin, si @louieboni ang pinaka-maaga (Oct-01)

Hopefully, magkaka-sunod din visa grant natin

Wala na yung link ng "Organize your Health Examinations" eto na nakalagay:

Meeting the health requirement
Health has been finalised for this person for this visa subclass based on the information provided to the department. If this person needs to do anything further to meet the health requirement, they will be contacted by the department. There is no need to contact the department at this time concerning this matter.

So baka ganun talaga dipa-updated sa system. 4 working days inabot bago na-submit.

Inumpisahan ko na Form 80 draft. Iniisip ko mag-submit na din kasi baka hindi na antayin ni CO yung FBI kung makita niya personal history/travel ko don.

Direct grant na sana tayo bago mag-pasko.

Ah parehas na tayo ng status ng Health sa ImmiAccount..

Ganyan siguro kapag ‘Finalized’ na ang status ng Medical.. Hopefully finalized na nga at wala nang additional tests or referred status.

Kelan expected nyo lalabas yung FBI clearance nyo?

Yung sakin, Oct-29 na receive ng FBI yung application ko..

Bro bale walang link mismo doon sa main page of recommended docs yung Form 80, iu-upload sya yung yung "Attached Documents" na button then mapipilis sya dun sa drop-down box

Sa ngayon yung sakin 'Received' na lahat, except yung, 'Health', 'Australian Qualification', saka 'Australian Work Exp'... 'Recommended' pa din..

Btw, yung sa case mo bro, nag-frontload ka din ba ng mga ITRs and Payslips? Mga gaano karaming payslips and kumpleto ba yung ITRs mo every year?

lately ko lang nakita mga 1-2 days before grant

yung payslips ko siguro last 3 years lang pati yung ITR (all frontloaded)

form 80 - frontloaded din

pero may isa akong company na walang ITR or payslip, just bank statement

yung sa company ko sa pinas may sample payslips ako for every year, pero yung ITR ko 5 out 8 years lang ang meron, na-misplace na yung iba..

Sige monitor ko yung Form 80 link baka biglang lumitaw anytime soon

@wizardofOz 5 of 8 years i think is more than enough, ako nga 10 years for 1 company
3 years lang yung na pass ko...

sige lapit na yan cant imagine yung magiging reaction nyo after you receive the grant hehe

spoiler alert about the grant...

I received 7 emails

4 emails grants to each of us (me, wife and two kids)
1 email notification that my skillselect has been removed
1 email notification "The status of this transaction has been updated"
1 email notification "Correspondence relating to your ImmiAccount transaction has been sent"

then when you login, status will change to granted then each person will have a visa grant letter link

@wizardofOz Kung susundin ang naka-lagay sa FBI website na 12 weeks, baka December pa yung sa amin! Naku wag naman sanang yun ang dahilan for the delay of visa grant.
