Has anyone here been refused because of gte? have u reapplied? What happened then? I just received a visa refusal, gte ang dahilan, nadali po ako sa interview, inconsistent dawga sagot ko sa statement of purpose at sa interview, at meron din tlga na pagkakamali in my end dahil hndi ko naexplain mabuti s akanya, pero ung inconsistency dala lng ng kaba ko un.. I was thinking of reapplying, kaya lang worrie na ako, i had a tourist visa refusal back in 2010, tapos eto nmn ulit.

Ano po visa inaaplyan nyo 573 po ba? What course nyo po dito sa pinas related po ba sa kukunin nyo sa australia? Sa mga nababasa ko po kapag gte yung dahilan medyo mahirap po.

Sorry to hear that, i was refused also last july lang because of gte, dami ko kasi problem nun kaya ndi ako nakapagprepare for interview, but nag reaapply ako agad this august, but now I'm still waiting pa din, pero sabi ng agent ko ndi naman daw maaapektuhan nian kapag nag reaapply k ulit, what subclass k po ba? And when ka po naglodge?

@miniaj si marinella padilla din case officer ko, 25 mins nya ako niInterrogate over the fone, sept 24 naacknowledge apps ko, i was interviewed ng oct 8, last nite lng lumabas result..bakit po ang tagal lumabas ng result ng sa inyo?

@aleihsrose1006 hehe, M. Padilla din pala ang dumali sayo, ewan ko po ba kung bakit antagal, madami din kaming october intake na wala pang visa, ireview mo lang lahat ng pagkakamali mo, kapag ready ka na, go for it. Just pray harder lang,

hi po.. i was also refused last july 15 due to GTE din po. according sa co ko ndi daw po sha convinced n i intend to finish my course and stay in Australia temporarily. ksma ko po kc s application ko ung hubby ko and 2 kids. un din po prang ndale ako kc hnd ako nkpg explain ng masydo dhil sobrang kaba and d ako msydo ngprepare..hehehe
we relodged our application last week.. hopefully this time ok n.. :-)

anong ginawa mo sa reapplication mo? sinagot mo b yung mga sinabi ng co mo sa refusal letter? kasama kodin si hubby, pero 3 kids ko maiiwan. im planning to relodge next week, or sa katapusan, nov intake ko hndi ko alam kung aabot p.

GTE refers to student visa applications such as 572, 573 etc....just be consistent in all your declarations esp in your field of study here in OZ and your previous school/work backgrounds....good luck mga bros and sis.....submit everything to God....

dko kaya iwan mga kids ko e kc msydo p mga bata.. 2 and 6 yrs old. kaya risk tlga gnawa nmin.. yup dun po s reapplication pinasagot po sakin ng agent ko ung mga cnbing reason ng case officer kung bkit d sha convinced n genuine ako. point for point tpos sobrang dpt specific s lahat ng sagot.. hnd nko pinayagan ng agent ko n vague ung answers ko. 6x ko nirevise ung letter ko..hehehe tpos 6pages sha..
nku sis if s nov psukan m baka hnd po umabot. pero try m din po.

Got a call from my CO 3 days ago and got interviewed, nung umpisa kinabahan ako(kilala kasi yung CO ko dito sa forum na laging nag re refuse ng visa) kaya d ko na sunod sunod yung work experience ko pero nakabawi naman ako nung nawala yung kaba ko, na stress ko yung reason kung bakit sa australia ko gusto mag aral at bakit hindi sa ibang bansa like singapore etc. Right now hinihingian ako ng additional documents, hopefully ma grant na visa ko after ko ma submit additional documents.

@cinnamon20 GTE genuine temporary entrant. U have to prove na GTE ka, usually sa interview yan inaassess, kaya swerte yung hndi naiinterview. pero pag SVP (Streamlines Visa Processing) dpat wala ng interview, kaso naiba ang trends ngayun, kaso jndi n tayo pedeng umangal patakaran nila un.

Hi sis.. Wla p daw po feedback from embassy e. Nag follow up po ako knina s agent ko naicip ko kc bka may problem s documents or something.. Wla p daw po cla nrcv n anything aside from the acknowledgement letter. I've been waiting for the col for 2weeks n pero wla p din kaya eto everytime n mg rring cp ko para ako aatakihin s puso..hahaha c @miniaj n approve n maybe you can ask for advise from him. @Pattycorky nahihirapan akong gumawa ng reconsideration letter or letter of appeal. ilang weeks bago mo naireapply yung sayo? 2 weeks na kse since marefused apps ko, di p dn ako nkakapag reapply.

@aleihsrose1006 may tanong lang ako.. kelan ba usually tinatawagan for phone interview? natatakot ako mainterview..nkapaglodge nako. tapos na rin ako sa medical. mga ilang days after na send yung medical result ko eh hiningan ako ng embassy ng additional requirement. Gusto nila makita na may 1.5M talaga ako sa bank account ko. Gusto nila masend ko yung bank statement and bank certification. Im currently working on it. Ano sa tingin nyo? tatawagan pa poh ba ako for phone interview? may chance kaya magrant ako ng visa?

@rpdbt they are very specific when it comes to show money. specially sa mga 572 visa but it doesn't mean na 573 d maiinterview i know a few na interview, my first student visa was refused because the case office didn't believe me that i have enough money more than 1.5m because he/she said i was too young to have that money even if i explained to him that its been a long plan of my parents and i to study abroad so matagal na pinag ipunan say my account was open 7 years na with constant deposit monthly. but it was not enough for him. kasi nag i was just 23 that time. so what i did was have my mom affidavit of support.. i guess that was enough for him,

but the second time i applied i got interviewed as well GTE rin, but i was able to answer it properly namna kahit kabado so after the interview i got my visa grant in my email in the afternoon the interview took 30 mins.

most of my kay kilala who are already here in australia on student visa, marami sa sa knla ang na interview. some even was randomly selected to have appearance sa embassy nila or where they process the papers for personal interview.

i think swertihan lang talaga ung interview yung iba na interview ung iba hindi. but it is also good that in the application you explain the reason why you study in australia properly.

medyo mainit sa mata ang mga nag aapply ng student visa now regardless of the nationality they're are very strict even when u lodge onshore here. they wanna cracked down you hindi genuine na student.

Nung una ba nag bigay ka ng affidavit of support from your parents na denied ka pa din?

anong ginawa mong show money nung nag aapply ka ulit same lang?

kaw lang ba nag aapply wala kang agent?

@xine ing first application ko d ako nag bigay affidavit ng parents ko.
nung second application ko dun na ako nag bigay ng affidavit ng parents ko.

young sister mo ba is here in australia? or in the philippines. she can just make an affidavit if she's in philippines or statutory declaration here in australia then bank statements nya, itr and pay slip.

ok lang naman to present your own money pero, wala ka kasi itr and etc dba so to have ur stronger case dapat ung sister mo ing gagawa ng affidavit

ye sister ko from US kaso she dont have enough for 1.3m she only have like 500k tapos the rest is nasa bank ko na. complete naman docs nya ung akin nga lang walang itr and payslip certificate of employement lang from my employer and affidavit from me and my employer na im working for 5 years na. but problem ko lang is parang sayo ipon ko din ung money not really consistently deposited na salary ko ung deposits dun.

bank statement mo pa rin ginamit mo even if mom mo ung sponsor mo or sa mom mo na bank na ang ginamit?
