please help po, how to pay the fee po for COC, what if walang credit card or debit card, please help

Nakuha na din po namin COC kanina lang, mabilis lng din po pala. Yung appeal last Wednesday. Salamat po uli sa help nyo @bettyboop @eynah_gee @kaidenMVH @curiousmom

anyone po please help. kung paano po gagawin ang internet banking? is it possible to use other credit cards or debit card. wala kasi ako non. ive got no access to banks po

@helenita san po ba location nyo? ok lang naman na makigamit ka ng credit or debit card, it wont be an issue.

@kaidenMVH dito po ako sa pinas, so ibig sabihin po ba credit card or debit card lang talaga puwd. sa debit card po meron po debit card ung pamangkin ko. paano po e process sa online. mukhang credit cards lang kasi nakita ko na option, visa/mastercard credit cards. thanks for answering

@helenita debit cards are just like credit cards, as long as may laman yun account pwede mo sya gamitin. just make sure na visa/mastercard yun debit card.

so kung ganun po, imail mo po ung original hardcopy ng fingerprint impressions mo plus ung payment invoice sa address ng sg police. pero hintay po kayo ng confirmation email po. kasi iattach dun ung payment invoice/receipt na ipriprint at ipapadala kasama ung fingerprint nyo po...

@Invisible_Man oh so the one ive got for printing is not the one i will be sending? i will received another email from them and thats the one i will be printing?

I believe cause as you said, you only received an email that was stated above. You should be receiving an email on the instructions on what to do next. together with that email is an attachment file of the payment receipt which you will be printing and send it to the specified address together with the hard copy of your fingerprint from NBI. Otherwise, it's another story if a proxy will claim on your behalf.

I hope i understand you correctly. Are you now in the Philippines? or in Singapore?

@Invisible_Man I am in philippines right now, yes i havent received that email yet stating that. i just got the payment info after payment done i think thats for reference only, anyway thanks for the response, il just wait for the emeail

@helenita kung nasa Pinas ka you need to send to Singapore Police yun fingerprint impression hardcopy mo by post together with eCOC Acknowledgement Slip. I think NBI ang gumagawa neto. https://www.police.gov.sg/e-services/apply/certificate-of-clearance/appeal-by-non-singapore-citizens check step no. 7. you need to print the fingerprint form and the samples. Kung nasa province ka, you have to call the local NBI office kung gumagawa sila nyan. Ask them kung ano mga kailangan mo dalhin na requirements, im sure kasama jan yun letter from Singapore Police at yun hardcopy ng fingerprint form.

@helenita I think you can use/borrow other's credit or debit cards. Bayaran mo na lang may ari ng card ng cash. hehe. For ibanking, you'lll need to go to your singapore bank's website and pay thru it. But I think you'll need to enrol your account to access the ibanking feature.

thanks for all the replies po. done na po ako sa payment and nareceived ko na din po ang email for receipt. ung problema naman po is ung police stations dito wala daw po papel sila for finger printing for personal use. ung sa kanila po is finger printing for criminals po. how did you do your finger printing using the pdf file provided by the website po. or kung sa nbi local ba may finger printing ba sila don na papel for this purpose? salamat ulit sa sasagot

@helenita , sa case ko po, pumunta ako sa main NBI branch ng Cebu. Pero tumawag muna ako bago ako pumunta dun.

@Invisible_Man thanks for replying. so sa nbi main brance ng cebu. they already have the finger printing paper? you dont need to bring. I know we have pdf that we can print for it.

Opo, sa case ko, sa NBI main branch ng cebu ako, nag write po ako ng request letter, dinala ko ung payment receipt, photocopy ng passport at 2x2 picture. Same day lang nakukuha kung ang in charge nandun. Mano-mano nga lang ang fingerprinting unlike kung sa sg talaga ky biometrics na.

Tapos pinadala ko via fed ex sa proxy ko sa SG ung 1. Fingerprint hardcopy 2. payment receipt 3. authorization letter., un na pumunta siya sa SG police office at na claim na po nya. Pinascan ko lang sa kanya at pinasend sa email ko para yun yung iuupload ko sa immiaccount.

nag submit ako ng eAppeal kahapon....ngaun gusto ko malaman status ng eappeal...
ask ko lng, saan ko makkita ang COC Appeal Reference No?
kailangan kc sa enquiry status..... TIA

@kh@L3L , hintay ka pa ng approval email bago ka maka access sa status sa request mo. Kasi nag-a-appeal ka pa kasi. Hope that helps. Cheers!
