    1. No need na mag set ng appointment, basta lang ppunta sa Cantonment M-F before 8am (?) para pumila. ---> oo, pumunta ka na lang dun, 8:30 am ata, wala namang pila.
    2. Bring all required docs. Minsan nakakalusot ang visa summary lang, minsan kelangan talaga letter from CO. Tanong, eto lang po ba ang required docs:
    a. Visa documents ---> pwede ata yung Visa Summary if wala pa yung official letter from CO.
    b. Passport and photocopy of passport ---> bring your old passport in case, tatanong kasi dun first entry mo sa Singapore, be ready na lang sa date.
    c. Work pass and employment contract (old copies and current) ---> no need contract.
    d. 2pcs passport photo - kelangan po ba ito? ---> oo kailangan, meron naman photobooth dun if wala kang ganito beforehand
    For item b&c, all documents that would serve as proof ng stay dito sa sg.
    3. After 2weeks makukuha ang COC. Either Persona ang pagclaim or thru proxy. ---> 15 working days :( matagal talaga. Kaya you are still given by your CO 25 days to comply kasi matagal release neto.
    4. Pwede ang visa applicant ang magsend sa dibp thru color scan copy or Sg police ang magsend thru mail sa dibp. ---> be sure to say "for pick up" para ikaw na mismo mag scan at mag upload.

    hi po, lately, may nakatry na ba dito na kumuha ng police cleArance sa Police Cantonment Complex dito sa SG na wala iyong letter talaga ng DIBP/CO requesting for police clearance? Instead, ang dala ay:
    - immi acknowledgment of valid application
    - immi visa application summary
    Pwede NA ba ito?

    Gusto ko na kasi kukuha while vacant si misis kasi mahirap siya makapag urgent leave o kahit sick leave sa work niya

    @IslanderndCity may kilala ako dala ung acknowledgement from DIBP and ung tax invoice, sa pagkakaalam ko naghahanap sila ng letter na may names ng both applicants. Yung sa acknowledgement from DIBP, main app lang nakalagay.

    Share lang po, dinelay namin ang pagkuha ng Police COC as advised by our migration agent. Pero dahil makulit ako at dahil sa thread na ito, we decided to try na visa summary lang ang ipakita.. and it worked! :) Sayang lang at di pa namin ginawa ng mas maaga kasi 15 working days pa pala ang aantayin before makuha yung certificate. Ironically, naassign din ang CO within the same day! hehe

    when you claim your COC, I suggest be there before 8:30 AM. Ganoon ginawa ko & at 9:05 AM, got my COC. so punta office/work after & hindi na natuloy ang leave of absence :)

    respond only.. they know that some other documents like police clearance can take up to 6mos for other countries.

    so they are only expecting you to respond within 28 days. or show proof like receipts that you have applied for police clearance or medical..... if you have all then thats even better..

    Yes, you can ask for extension, pero its better na u ask for extension with proofs na you are working on the documents. as what @lock_code2004 mentioned, you can provide the case officer the receipts of both your medical and police clearances.

    Tama po yan.. kagagaling lng ni misis sa NBI-Taft kanina para magpafingerprint sana for her SG COC. Dala nya is yung SG COC application/appeal form, Tax Invoice Receipt at yung visa application summary kaso hiningan po sya ng 'request form'. Ask ko sana if meron bang nakaranas ng ganitong situation at kung anong request form ang pinakita nyo? Kakalodge lng po namen last Aug1 at balak sana namen kumuha ng SG COC kahit wala pang CO.
