@mistakenidentity Hi.. I have actually started processing my SG COC. Took fingerprint from Dublin Police showing them the SG COC application and fingerprints in your country of residence as requirement. I sent all necessary docs(via DHL) in the application like appeal letter, my previous copy of SG work permit, previous NRIC as PR, previous copy of SG COC in 2005, passport pages showing evidence of working/residency rights in SG, 2 passport photos, bank draft in 60 Singapore dollars. I received acknowledgement letter via email in 3 days after posting saying "they have received a complete application and will be sending the certificate to my overseas address in 15 days( for non-citizens). Fingers crossed that they will process it without delays or any additional docs needed. Hope this helps... God bless...

Thanks po sa info, yung pagkuha po ng fingerprint sa Pinas ang nagiging issue namen ngayon gawa ng humihingi po ang NBI ng Request Form na wala pa naman kaming CO.
Last option is lipad nlng c misis dito sa SG sabay pasyal na rin hehe

@mistakenidentity I c. Grabe naman ang NBI.. Kung anong letter pa ang hinahanap pala... Nagbakasakali din ako na isend na lang kahit wala pang request letter from CO... Hopefully ma-process nila... Tama ka-papuntahin mo na lng c misis mo jan sa Sg.... Free na rin yung fingerprinting. Sa akin kailangan ko pang bayaran ng 60 Euro, mas mahal pa sa bayad sa application na 60 SGD... Hopefully, matatapos din tong processong ito... Keep praying ..God bless

@alexia02 hi sis! Naku hindi pa! Nag-apply ka na pala ng SG COC kahit wala pang CO, pwede pala yun? Anung mga docs pinasa mo? Dalawa kasi kami ni hubs kailangan kumuha pwede kayang isang padala na lang.

@mistakenidentity kami ni hubs nakakuha naman ng fingerprints dito sa Pinas, hindi nga lang sa NBI, sa Makati police station kami kumuha... Hindi naman kami hinahapan ng kung anu-anong request letter pa.

@perfectbeauty hi sis! Nagbakasakali na lng akong magpasa sis... I sent it via DHL. Pwede naman cgurong minsanan na sa inyong dalawa. These are what i enclosed: visa application summary, payment receipt/invoice,character requirement page showing we needed pcc from countries we have stayed for the past 10 years.(i highlighted Singapore from the countries listed). Copy of my previous Sg COC in 2005, copy of my previous work permit & previous NRIC as PR, passport stamps showing working rights in Sg, photocopied also first entry to work in Sg., the appeal letter you sent me + of course the coc application form, fingerprints, bank draft of SGD 60 and 2 passport photos. I received an email after 3 days that they are going to process it within 15 days(non-resident) and will be sent via registered mail to my overseas address. Hope wala na silang hingin pang ibang docs. Will let you know pag nareceive ko na ang certificate, 2 weeks na this week... Kip u posted sis.. Di na kc mahintay c CO eh...hope matatapos din tong journey natin..God bless..

@perfectbeauty hi sis.. Oo sis yung isang page lang saying we need PCC in all countries that we have lived for a year in the last ten years, tapos i highlighted singapore as one of the countries. If u may- send me ur email. I'll send u the page i sent to Sg. God bless..

@IslanderndCity Hello po!Nakakuha po ba kayo SG COC kahit wala pang CO?Nabasa ko kasi mostly sa mga forums na kelangan talaga yung letter from CO Matagal kasi ang processing ng COC & walang expedite process.Buti sana kung agad2 tayo maka leave para makakuha ng COC.Ano po ginawa nyo nung sa inyo?Kelangan din po ba pati dependent kumuha din?Or main applicant lang?Pwede lang din po ba photocopy lang ng passports both old & new instead sa original?Kasi si hubby hirap hiramin passport nya sa company

@IslanderndCity Nabasa ko na din po ito.Kelangan po ba passports?As in original or pwede photocopies lang?Eto po ba date nyo na May 17,2014 when u uploaded your medicals,NBI & police clearance,all these done without CO yet?At this time din po ba,wala pa kayong CO?Kelan din po kayo nagka CO after visa lodging?

@G_australia bring your passport sa Cantonment. Yes, I uploaded all those docs without CO. My visas were granted direct na kasi.

All applicants must complete the Certificate of Clearance application form in full and submit it with the necessary supporting documents:
A set of applicant's fingerprint impressions (ten prints). Applicants applying in person will be fingerprinted at COC office at the time of application. For application by post from overseas, the applicant must submit a set of his/her fingerprint impressions taken by a qualified Fingerprint Officer at a Police Station or an authorized office of the country he/she is now residing.
A photocopy of applicant's valid passport. (Bio page only)
Two recent passport-sized photographs. An instant photo machine is available outside COC Office for your convenience.
Photocopy of document from relevant consulate/immigration authority/government bodies to establish that the certificate is required by such authority. All documents are to be translated to English if written in other languages.

yes, wala ng CO allocation, grant agad after 3.5 months. mabait daw ako sabi ng nanay ko kaya mabait si Lord sa akin

yes, including secondary applicant. I brought those immi letters then showed to the staff kung ano lang hiningi nyA. then nagphotopy lang siya sa 1 doc only. then bayad & get your claim slip

Hi Everyone,

Ask ko lng po sana kasi nandito na kami sa australia for more than 1 yr and plano na namin mag apply ng PR.
Nag work po ako sa singapore ng more than 1 yr, pero dependent na lng ako ng wife ko dito sa aus.

Question is,

1. Kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ng SG clearance or pwede na un NBI clearance sa pinas at AFP dito?
2. If mag request ang CO ng SG COC, pwede ba sa embassy na lng nila dito ako mag request sa australia?

Meron po ba dito na my similar exp. sa amin? Please advise po.

1. Yes. All countries where you lived for at least 1 year for the last 10years
2. I think may nabasa ako na pwede ka kumuha through SG embassy.

wala pa ako sa stage na kelangan ko na kumuha ng mga clearances. pero si @magoo_z ayun tapos na, mas reliable ang sagot nya
