Mag ask lang ako ng agent na pede ninyo i recommend here sa Dubai. Nag inquire ako kay Respall since from positive feedback and they will handle the notary of docs, but nung nag ask ako regarding for QS applicant wala daw sila assurance since wala pa sila naging client like me. Nag self review din ako about kung paano mag apply for myself and family, but i prefer to go for the agent since they can guide me from here to there even though i takes a lot of money... kikitain ko pa din naman un, ang importante sa akin is ma secure ko ung family ko and may best option is to go aus... salamat

try my agent Gigi. She is in Australia but she's as registered MARA agent. Dubai din ako now pero she helped me to process.

@jigsbugs di ko alam kung nagtaas na sya ngayon, pero mababa lang fee nya compared sa lahat ng agents na napagtanungan ko better email her to find out :-)

di ko na marecall total eh, sa visa nasa 22K dirhams na yata, then ielts, medical, pilice clerance, at agent. depende sa agent mo yung fee, saka kung ilan kayo mag aapply and of course sa mga documents na papa authenticate mo

Based po sa experience nyo ano ang advantage having to use an agent instead of doing it yourself?

@wanderer hello, yup dubai kami for 7 years perl nasa oz na kami for good. ok naman mag agent if you are unsure about your application and if you don't have the time. perl kung may time ka naman at matyaga magmas at magprocess then you can do it yourself naman. depende sa willingness mo to pay :-)

@jvframos hi, ngayon lang ulit ako na ka pag open busy sa pag take ng ielts at documents... with regards to agent (Gigi) ok siya, in terms of fee mababa din siya compare to others. Kaso may prob na naman ako, QS kasi ako dito sa Dubai and AIQS require graduate in QS field... ang nakaka pagtaka lang is sa website nila ang nakalagay is "higher or comparable degree" which is pede nila consider ang Civil Engineer from Philippines and in addition we are licensed. Pero naka usap ko ung Srilankan na ka work ko, na sa srilanka ang mga QS dun ayaw nila tumanggap ng Engineer na QS and sa tingin ko ung nasa AIQS na mag a-assess is mga srilanka kaya Malabo na makapasa, even my agent informed me.

May mga QS ba dito na nakapasa sa AIQS?

may tags forum na QS din, dubai din sya dati. alam ko civil engr din say from phils. nasa melbourne na say ngayon working as QS. ask mo say pano ginawa nya... tags forum din say perl di ko alam if active pa say. friend ko kasi sya sa FB kaya nakakausap ko sya. try to send him a message. username nya is langgam.... di ko sure exactly. search mo say sa thread ng Dubai applicants
