info regarding "care giver" course

Hi guys...my fiance is currently studing a "care givers" course in Butuan City. She will hopefully be in australia in June or july. can anyone advise me if this course is recognised in australia..or if it is similar to australian cert 3 in aged care..any info is welcome..thax....Ian
