but about sa DONT'S. Isa doon is DON'T submit resume using PDF dahil hindi readable sa ibang software. Contrary to this yung nabasa ko sa seek.com at jobstreet pero unfortunately, hindi ko lang nakeep ang copy

medyo magulo nga @islanderndcity. iba-iba sila ng mga kuro-kuro about sa ATS.

Given na big companies like Rio Tinto (using taleo ATS) and a multitude of recruiters na din, we have no choice but to adapt.

maybe yung mga HR ang line of work can shed more light?
