We have spare room for rent in Moorebank (about 27km to Sydney CBD), 5 min walk to bus station. Nearest station is Holsworthy or Liverpool.
- single occupancy = $150; couple = $200
- brand new house (ducted a/c, nice kitchen and bathroom, relaxing backyard)
- wifi, tfc, electricity included (except a/c)
- available on Feb 2015 onwards
- non-smoker and tidy person needed
