Looking for a Studio/1BR/Granny Flat in Sydney

Hi Guys! I am currently looking for a Studio/1BR apartment or Granny Flat, preferably mga at most 30mins away by train from Sydney CBD sana.

Search on domain or realestate.com.au - malaking area yang 30 minutes by train to city. I suggest narrowing it down to specific suburbs then proceed with your search from there.

Nga pala, how did you manage to get a place, did you stay in a hotel for a while habang nagtitingin ng rentals?

Through agent mo ba na-acquire yung property or sa mismong owner na? Thanks!

@wizardofOz I stayed with my cousin's family on my first month. Sinwerte ako sa rental unit ko - sa realestate kasi ako nagtitingin madalas noon, may tinignan akong isang unit through an agent. Sabi ko sa agent i-check nya muna sa owner kung payag syang may dog. Eh antagal daw sumagot nung owner. Ni-refer ako ng agent sa colleague nya sa agency who turns out had a rental unit in the same building na tinignan ko. So bale ngayon diretso ako sa landlord (although agent din sya actually).

Sabi nga nila parang paghahaap rin ng trabaho yung paghahanap ng rental.. Ako naka-5 viewings and 1 failed application before I got my current place, yung isang kaibigan ko umabot daw ng 10 viewings before he found his place.
