Magandang araw po mga kapwa ko Engineers!

Civil Engineer po ako from Qatar.

I started to gather all the requirements po para sa MSA.

Ask po sana ako ng advise ninyo mga kapatid:

1. Need po bang authenticated ang Diploma at TOR na idownload sa EA.
2. Ang Certificate of Employment need din po bang authenticated kung saang bansa ka nagwork.
3. Pahingi din po sana ako ng CDR as reference lang po. email: [email protected]

Need po bang authenticated ang Diploma at TOR na idownload sa EA. - in my case hndi na as long as clear and colored scanned copies

Ang Certificate of Employment need din po bang authenticated kung saang bansa ka nagwork. - no need na din as long as clear and colored scanned copies, details are complete as per EA format (MSA Booklet) , at may details ng company/HR/supervisors

Pahingi din po sana ako ng CDR as reference lang po. email: [email protected]

@Captain_A Sir maraming salamat po sa reply mo. Currently I do self study sa IELTS and target kopo to take is on April. Nagpeprepare lang po ako sir while andito pa mga previous companies ko para makunan ng COE. Kapag may results na sa IELTS ma lodge kona po agad sa EA. Sir patulong naman po sa CDR. Hingi po sana ako ng sample as reference lang sa pagcompose ko ng sakin.

Meron akong indian colleague, pure QS ang work exp nya but nominated occupation nya is CE..wala rin daw sya exp s design.. but mention daw nya sa episodes nya nagrereview sya ng mga pile design and drawings and some minor design calculations to check.. all her position title nirequest nyang gawing "QS/Civil Engineer". she got positive outcome sa EA as Civil Engineer.

pro wala akong copy ng CDR nya. all the best.

Medyo similar background tayo.
Worked onsite kaso hindi nga lang site engineer.
After nun, naging QS na ako.
Almost no background din sa designing works.
Send ko edited career episodes ko sa iyo for guidance na lang din.

It is obvious that you have a top-surface understanding of scientific and civil engineering principles and a well-developed capacity for technical analysis. You presented the proficient application technical skills and contribution to the advancement of civil engineering technologies. However, you are lacking to present a professional engineering role, taking responsibility for bringing knowledge to bear from multiple sources to develop solutions to complex problems and issues, for ensuring that technical and non-technical considerations are properly integrated, and for managing risk. Also, the most critical element is lacking to present a detailed methodology relevant to simulations and analysis, understanding of project durations, development and design frequency and PE assignment sequence. At the same time, being developed as an engineering associate, you have a great exposure to technical coordination as well as a grounding in the area of civil technology and technical support. @cs0201 di kumbinsido assessor mo na pasok sa PE ang qualifications / experience mo based on your submitted CDR. Either magpasa ka ulit ng bago to prove na pwede ka sa PE or accept mo yung offer nya na CE Tech ang magiging nominated occupation mo.

@cs0201 baka bumaba ang points mo sa qualifications.. baka instead na bachelors degree, eh diploma ang pwede mo i-claim sa EOI

@cs0201 mas mataas ata required points for engg technologist. 65pts ata ang minimum. Not so sure ako double check mo.
@Captain_A may mga nagrant pa din na bachelors degree kahit engg tech. Di ko lang sure kung anong ibang considerations nila dun.

Hi po, tanong ko lang, ce din po ako, 3 years experience sa pinas as site engineer, then 5 years as qs, may chance po ba ko na makapasa sa assessment?..saka anu po ba ung first step na kelangan gawin para magpassess? Please share po the link..thanks

yes thats possible, i did that, but i never used my qs exp as one of my career episodes. search on the latest MSA booklet of Engineers Australia for assessment steps.

^Thanks! Ok lang ba kung kahit ung 3 years na un e nung 2008-2011 pa? Ang recent work ko na kasi ay Project QS. At meron din po kayong sample ng CDR? Salamat!

may question po ako regarding dun sa di mo pag gamit ng qs exp as one of your career episodes.

pano yun sa reference letter? dapat di din inline with qs works?

if inline yun reference letter sa qs roles dapat ba sa AIQS mag pa assess ang CE? thanks sir.

1) sa JD list, inalis ko ang ibang QS tasks at retain ko ang CE tasks..
2) position title pinadagdag ko ang CE so QS/CE title ko.

wala ako idea sa aiqs e..

@Captain_A hindi ba yan mg conflict ung position sa ibang supporting documents like work permit, contract and Company ID?
