Hi po! Baka lang po may same situation dito tulad sa husband ko, need lang namin advise niyo regarding Statutory Declaration/Affidavit.
My husband previously worked po sa Dubai for 2years. That time financially struggling napo company nila, for his 2years stay sa company delayed ung sweldo nila. They stopped issuing payslip and even salary bank transfer. Cash na binibigay ung sweldo nila kasi kulang kulang po. Sadly, nung covid natuluyan na talaga magclose ung company nila.
But my husband left the company po before covid and currently working siya sa Singapore.
We're starting to gather documents for VetAssess. Gusto namin macredit din 2years expi niya sa Dubai but the challenge is ito lang po mga documents na meron kami, Offer Letter, Labor Contract, Visa & Emirates ID. We are planning to provide Statutory Declaration/Affidavit para sa Statement of Service & Payslip na di namin mapprovide since close napo ung company and even ung Immediate Supervisor ng husband ko na Indian e hindi din kasi responsive sa linkedin.
Ang tanong ko po is, para sa Statutory Declaration/Affidavit, wala po ba issue kahit sa Singapore or sa Pinas kami magpanotarise?

Sa EA ako nagpaassess nun, hindi ako nagsubmit ng payslip. COE, Labor Contract, Visa Copy at Offer Letter sinubmit ko. okay naman.

Hello po, currently based ako sa Dubai, in the process of lodging my 491 VISA for ACT. Sa mga nag lodge na galing Dubai, meron ba sa inyo na nag change job description sa Residence Visa nila?

I'm asking kasi nung lumipat ako from Singapore to Dubai during pandemic, di ko dala yung Diploma at TOR ko, so hindi agad ako nakapag pa attest. Ang actual designation ko sa work ko is Graphic Designer, pero dahil wala pa Diploma ko, initially designated ako as Archive Clerk. It took 5-6 months para makapag pa attest at maging Graphic Designer na designation ko sa Residence Visa.

Ngayong nag aayos na ako ng documents, nag scan ako ng pages ng passport ko for proof of travel ko. Na realize ko though na dalawa yung nakalagay na sticker ng residence visa ko sa passport, yung isa is yung old designation na Archive Clerk, and yung isa is yung Graphic Designer.

Should I just omit the page ng lumang Residence Visa? Should I include it? Kelangan ko kaya humingi ng statement from my company about it? Or should I just not include muna yung pages ng passport ko until actually hingin siya? Kung may experience kayo ng change job designation sa Dubai nung nagapply kayo, pa advice naman po. Ganyan din case ko. Iba yung nasa visa ko sa designation ko tlga. Ang ginawa ko na lang di ko na sinama yung visa page ko. Yung offer letter na lang na usually nakaindicate naman yung designation mo talaga. Tapos yung COE na lang pag narequest kung ano talag designation ko yun pinalalagay ko. Pero waiting for grant pa ko kaya d ko matestify if pwede nga yon. 😅😅

If you still have the valid Emirates ID, you can apply online easily. but pag wala na yta ay kailangan mo ang mga sumusunod:

Nominated Occupation: Structural Engineer

Pero sa Labor Contract at Residence Visa ko ay Civil Engineer. Pero sa COE ko, Structural Engineers naman saka yung Roles and Responsibilities pati sa CV ko.

But under kasi ng Civil Engineer yung Structural Engineer kaya di naman ganun kaiba. let's see sa ibang sasagot.

Ang alam ko po base sa mga nababasa ko sa forum ay kahit 3 months un validity nun PCC ay valid sya ng 1 year sa DHA.
