457 to PR but my employer is not willing to sponsor me for pr help what is my option?

im holding a 457 visa im live here in perth for a year but my employer is not willing to sponsor me for pr what can i do?

well..why not saving your salary and apply for student visa..piliin mo yung in demand na course...or better consult immig.agent para sigurado ka sa gagawin mo...

or...im not sure wit this ano bang natapos mo and yan bang job mo is related to your profession and your profession is in demand bah..?baka pwedeng mag apply ka for 175/176 kahit walang employer....just read the booklet 6 or search the internet baka makakuha ka ng ideya

@yendko2302 - i have several questions:

a) hindi ba option ang paghanap ng ibang employer na willing to sponsor you for 457 and then PR later?
b) what about applying for another visa on your own like State Sponsorhip 176? dahil nandyan na rin naman kayo, may additional points na ang australian work experience nyo.. un nga lang you have to pay for the application...
c) o kaya, pwede po ba ung employer nyo ang mag sponsor pero ikaw magbabayad ng PR application fee?

im not an expert on this matter.. just asking possibilities...

@yendko2302, sir apat na taon naman ang validity ng 457 visa, maghintay na lang po kayo ng isa o dalawang taon pa...Baka kaya hindi pumayag ang employer niyo kasi inaalala nya na pag binigyan kayo ng PR visa e lumipat na kayo sa iba hehe
