Invitation Letter (sent by Email)

Is it okay if we submit the invitation letter with no signature. Is it mandatory that our friend should also include her occupation, passport number and status in Au?

I checked other invitation letters posted online and I had observed that these details were placed in the invitatn letter.

Dati when I applied for tourist visa, the invitation letter was just sent through email. Tinanggap naman (so walang signature nung naginvite) yung details nung naginvite (occupation,passport number and visa status) was never mentioned in the invitation letter
