Looking for a flatmate around Kew area.

Room for rent is the main bedroom of a three bedroom flat.

In front of tram 109 (Port Melbourne to Box Hill), 3 minutes walk to tram 16 (St Kilda to Glenferrie Road) and 5 minutes walk to tram 48 (Victoria Harbour to North Balwyn). 10 minutes walk to Kew Junction along with shops around Kew. 30 minutes drive to CBD.

Room is fully furnished. Just bring clothes!

Rent is $250/week plus bills (won't be a lot).

Couples are welcome! Room is available end of February2015 or earlier..

I'm interested on this space as i'm looking for a room to let near the area on start of March - just got a job there.
Since i've never been to that area, is the commute to English St. (near Airport West) accessible? I mean, bus, train, and tram is available?
