    Hi! I have a question, I am in the process of filling up the visa application but I noticed that in my work experience I added it based on my employer's name, not the positions I held (e.g. Legal Officer I/Legal Legal Officer II from April 2005 to February 2015 - but I do basically the same work)...would it be okay to edit it? or just let it remain that way since I will be uploading my docs...thanks

    @uychocdem, kung hindi ka mag claim ng partner points, kailangan ng wife mo ng IELTS 4.5 lang naman o kaya certificate na medium of instruction nung college eh english. Plus syempre, passport, birth cert nya, NBI clearance, medical clearance.

    Pag magclaim ka naman ng partner points, kailangan din ni misis mo magpa skills assessment sa assessing authority nya.

    Oo puede mong iupdate EOI mo anytime hanggang di ka pa nakakareceive ng invite. Idetailed mo lang bawat change ng position kahit same ng functions.

    Ahh ok sori nalito ko hehe. Hindi naman siguro makaaffect yun kung nailagay mo naman sya sa EOI mo albeit iba format. Sa visa application mo iseparate mo na lang sya so mag add ka ng separate row sa officer 1 at officer 2.

    no worries mate. darating din yan para sa inyo. umpisa pa lamang iyan. pagkatapos ng visa, bahay sasakyan at trabaho naman ang iisipin. pero ok lang yan you'll get by. just take it easy.

    @uychocdem, hindi sya nag ielts kasi nakakuha naman kami ng letter sa school nya na ang medium of instruction nung college nila eh english. Tinatanggap naman ng CO based sa mga nabasa ko. Pero kung hindi tanggapin eh pag iielts ko si misis, 4.5 lang naman required na grade :)

    @barcode hi, naku base lang kasi to sa mga nababasa ko at yung ginawa ko eh sineparate ko rin bawat change ng position. Siguro mas maganda eh itanong mo rin sa ibang ACS din o sa mga friendly experienced people dito :)

    9 April 2015 - CO allocated (Team Adelaide)

    17 June 2015 - Sent baby's documents
    1 July 2015 - Uploaded form 80, NBI, Medicals
    8 July 2015 - Visa Grant!! :)

    x July 2016 - Accepted a Contractor Job
