As a part of our Human Resources function and reporting to Human Resources Advisor, you will be enthusiastic, highly driven and adaptive, with a strong focus on recruiting the right people for our business needs to ensure targets are achieved. You will have a passion for self-development and want to further your career in the human resources sector.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through the database
• Manage pre-selection phone interviews
• Interviewing potential candidates face to face
• Identifying skills to match client needs
• Reference Checking
• Follow up on successful candidates welfare and performance post placement
• Ensuring all recruitment documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate candidate records
• Assist the Account Manager on the performance management and operational change implementation
• Develop marketing and PR strategies
• Produce weekly report
• Other ad hoc admin tasks
Requirements:
