Hi guys! Need help sa speaking Took PTE twice at hindi ako makalusot sa speaking. Yung una 64, 1 point na lang. Pero medyo tanggap ko yun kasi may mga long pauses ako, stutter, ganun. Second time, I thought I did better than the last, mas confident kumbaga, pero mas bumaba pa, naging 58. Ang sakit na sa puso at sa bulsa.

@MissOZdreamer salamat. actually parang state opinion lang sila parehas pero ginawa kong argumentative. Ganun kasi dun sa webinar ni e2language. Kahit anong topic pa sya, laging ginagawang argumentative. Sabi nya lagi daw hanapin yung 2 sides. Then nasa sayo na kung agree and agree or agree and disagree yung 2nd and 3rd paragraph mo.

@ishtepi as much as possible, utilize mo lang yung given time. It doesn't matter kung di masyado related sinasabi mo, importante pronounciation and grammar.

@ishtepi for speaking part, dapat kabisado mo ang template mo by heart para smooth yung pagsasalita mo. don't focus too much on the content, mas importante ang pronunciation at oral fluency. God bless you.

Kaway kaway sa mga mag take ng exam soon especially sa mga mag retake para makuha ang superior mark. Katatapos ko lang review ulit ng writing and reading. Until now hindi pa din ako confident sa reorder paragraph. I used pte practice test plus and mcmillan. Madami pa din ako maling sagot. Try ko practice today using lofoya.

@agd salamat sa reply. sa Pronunciation talaga ako sumasabit, during practice gumagamit naman ako nung speech-to-text app, nakukuha naman 95% ng sinasabi ko. pero s actual test ang baba, pati na din oral fluency.

June 13 - Speaking 58 (OF 63 PR 57)

Yes, nagtake ako agad, 1 week lang kasi 65 lang naman kako ang kelangan ko, kala ko kaya ko na, pero worse mas bumaba pa, kung kelan alm kong mas okay ang performance ko s speaking part nun, kaya sobrang disappointed sa sarili

@albertus1982 kabisado ko n din po ang mga templates pra s describe image, retell lecture. sa mic position po kaya? tinapat ko sya s may tip ng nose ko, nung nagrecord ako maganda naman. hay, gusto ko n tlgang makagraduate dito s english test. twice n din ako ngIELTS salamat po.

Hi guys, will be taking my exam next week. Been reading and reviewing all materials I come across here so thanks to all who shared tips and docs.

Question, what would you guys say is the hardest section in the exam? I want to focus more on that.

P.S., what does the erasable notebook look like? Pencil? How big and how many pages?

@YoungJebediah hello, para sakin, reading. Masyadog time consuming sya, kaso limited time ka lang.

Regardung sa erasable notebook. San ka ba mag eexam? Kung dito sa pinas, para syang white graphing paper na naka-laminate, back to back, at ilang pages sya. Tapos marker gamit, na manipis ang tip.

@Heprex thanks! Yes sa makati ako kukuha next week. Ok cool as long erasable siya kasi I'm used to taking lots and lots of notes, especially sa retell lecture lol.

@ishtepi suggest ko magmock exam ka muna bago ka mag real exam ulit. gumamit ka ng external headset para same sa real exam. praktis pa ng konti makukuha mo na yan.

hingang malalim ka muna 3-2 secs before ng recording para ma-control mo pace at breathing. saka relax ka lang sa exam wag ka tensionado. God bless!

@Heprex erasable sya kaso mawawalan ka ng oras kng mag bubura ka pa. hingi ka na lang ng bago kng paubos na yung space.

@aisleandrow salamat sa success story mo! sobrang nakakainspire. I almost gave up sa PTE. Actually, naggive-up nako talaga at sobra pagkadown ko last exam.. Feeling ko baka hindi will ni God, but then I realized na sobrang sayang yung mga efforts na ginawa ko and baka hindi ko pa talaga time dati. Ngayon nagbabalik review na naman ulit. Picking up the pieces. hehe

Akala ko nung last take ko nakuha ko na. Kasi para sakin ang dali. Yun pala hindi pa din! feeling ko yung mga collocations sa sarili ko tama, pero sa native speaker hindi. saka hirap din ako sa reorder pag mejo tricky na yung sentences.

@PMPdreamer @MissOZdreamer nakita ko po na reading din ang struggle nyo. Hindi pala ko nagiisa. Feeling ko ang bobo ko sa reading. hehe. Kaya natin to! I'm trying din magbasa ng ebooks para bumilis ang pagbabasa at pagintindi.
