Good day guys! Ask ko lang about sa visa 573 kung ang dependant ko is eligible to work full time? Sa visa kase namin ni misis na 573 meron syang condition na 8104-work limitation kaso eto nasa website ng immi

a bachelor or associate degree
a graduate certificate or graduate diploma
a masters degree by coursework
a higher education diploma or advanced diploma.

if post graduate degree such as masters, your dependent is eligible to work unlimited hours. kung hindi naman like your case, same lang ng work rights with you, 40 hrs per fortnight. but during school breaks naman, you can work unlimited hours.

Family members:

•can work up to 40 hours per fortnight at all times unless the primary visa holder has commenced a course towards a masters or doctoral degree and holds a Student visa (subclass 500). In this case there is no limit on the number of hours a family member might work.

@agentKams how about sis kapag packaged course? say 1 year graduate diploma and 1 year masters. paano yung work rights ng dependent? masters kaya pagbasehan since that's the principal or main course so unlimited work rights din?

@leelou sis alam ko iyong main course ang basis nung work rights. ako kasi nagstart graduate certificate then progress to master's program.

@mizlreese hi mam, id like to ask if u did ur application thru an agency or thru idp? I'm applying with a school right now thru my agency.. and they are asking for docs on where my funds came from, obviously i borrowed the money from a few friends, so i can't establish any documents really where it came from, anyone with a similar problem? The school is very strict in scrutinizing my financial ability, do u know any school which has lesser requirements or any agency who have ties with school? So it will be easier to obtain offer from school and problem will be just the visa..

hi po ask ko lang pag ba may offer letter na tapos magbabayad na ng tuition dapat ba isang term lang ang bayadan? or dapat 2 terms na? thank you..

@frappz Hi usually nakalagay sa offer letter yung amount na babayaran. Depende kasi sa uni. But yes, most usually 1 term lang babayaran plus OSHC kung ung sa Uni ang kukunin mo.
