@joanneq7872 maybe you could double check with immi sis. try mo sila email. Pero I've noticed na mabagal sila now ngayon so baka it's normal. Not really sure though. Lodge mine December 10 pa

@grai1102 @joy_j im confused, i already attached the scanned copy of NSO birth and marriage cert. but, do we need to send the original to them?

Noted from the acknowledgement:

"Please note that NSO Birth and Marriage Certificates are to be applied for directly by you
to the NSO and you are to then forward these to this Office via our service delivery partner
(PIASI)"

but there is another statement:

"If you lodged your application online, you should log in to your account to see the documents required for your application.

Do not send us original documents unless we ask you for them. If you send copies of your
documents, ensure that they are certified copies".

@ging you need to ask NSO to send your docs directly to the embassy. Either through online or hotline.

@jinie000 hello sis... ako nationwide one day lng natapos ang problema its a first come first serve basis. Hindi sila tumatanggap ng appointment

Hello Everyone!

I'm a newbie and would like to know if the processing for partner visa 309 is really 12 months? and how long before get my assigned CO?
BTW, I'm currently residing in Canada and holding a Philippine passport, not sure if it will make a difference.

Please see my timeline below.

@joy_j hi joy! Musta? Ask ko po ulit, pano mo malalaman n nareceive na ng embassy ang docs from NSO?
Nagrequest na kc ang embassy ng cenomar last july 1 and nagrequest agad ako online from e-census. Status ng immi account ko is "information requested" since july 1 till now. Pero from e-census website, "processed" na since 1st week of july pa. Nag email na din ako sa embassy mid july & kahapon to verify but walang reply. Im worried na kc ngaun deadline nun..

@ging malamang nareceive na nila un. Hndi ka nila iinform. Nung nagfollow up ako nung May sabi sa reply sakin na nareceive na nila. Try mo sponsor mo mag follow up. Nung si husband ko ang nagemail kinabukasan may sagot na sila e.

Still waiting. Kind of tired waiting and waiting

Yun CO namin, nasubmit na namin online uun requirements pero pinapaulit na naman na ipadala daw by courier sa Au embassy sa Pinas...,, ganun din ba kayo ?

@chinorn no it's not saying like that. But if you have like that, it means you get the result very soon. That's what I know reading different forums.

@grai1102 hi they replied last July that it is in the final stage and they can't give us the exact time when the finalisation will be done and they told the promise to give the final decision before 12 months the standard processing time..
